Already asked for guidance from @Team.Videoslots in their main topic a couple of times, but it may have been lost within that topic hence me posting this in a more appropriate section.

Any reason why the January 2021 payment hasn't been processed as yet and why my emails are being ignored?

Thank you for the reply @Team.Videoslots

Not a reply I wanted to hear (the only good bit is regarding making an exception for me, not sure if this is a one off)

Hi Mark,

xxxx used to manage your account but I will your point of contact from now on.

The reason for not paying you is because of our clause in the T&C point 6.4.3.
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
But I can make an exception for you and pay you with the next payment which will be done next month.

Best regards,

Best regards,
xxxx

I am sure that those terms were not in existence when my affiliate account was opened, so respectively implemented as far as I am concerned. As a matter of fact, these were the T's and C's when I opened up my affiliate account:
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

It would also have been nice to be informed of this, rather than me having to chase a payment?

Your comments please

They weren't there. They didn't tell anyone. It's against the standards of accreditation which I've brought up previously but nothing was done.

Still no answer to my emails.

Again reaching out to @Team.Videoslots in the hope that they read this message and assist me in getting the monies owed to me

So I finally received a response, the gist of it being that according to the T's and C's they can stop paying because I have not had any new players signed up.

However, that particular clause was done retrospectively and was not in force when I signed and agreed to the affiliate terms- and conditions all those years back.

I have responded accordingly to their email in the hope that I get paid.

@Team.Videoslots - your help is appreciated

They are pulling this stunt with quite a few people.

I nominated them for doing the same to me:

Rogue of the Year: Videoslots Affiliates - For retroactively changing their terms and not paying their affiliates (Withholding Payments). Given their previous award for rogue behavior by CM (Worst Affiliate Experience 2019 | Meister Awards - Casinomeister) - Their new move is in order for another Award. If shaving affiliate commissions wasn't enough, they now withhold payment at their discretion if you do not continually feed their business with new depositors... A shameful and cheap move on money you have already shaved.

Yes, this is the exact issue my mate has for a 4-figure sum.

I know it's in the terms of most programmes that your RS percentage gets reduced for failing basic NDP targets like minimum one player every 3 months etc. but to hold money owed and already earned back on those grounds retrospectively, or at all, is despicable.

The idea is that an already poorly-paying programme blackmails you into going all out to promote them and recruit more players at the expense of other better programmes you have given a higher profile to on your site or pages. Very clever.

For those of you not affiliates reading this, it's the equivalent for players of the casino witholding a withdrawal under SoW requests.

It's the worst behaviour I have seen from an aff. prog. aside from the ones that go bust or whose casino closes and then they keep the money and don't pay affiliates what they are owed.

There has been no response from the affiliate team asking for the monies owed to me to be paid because the clause being referred to is a retrospective one without my agreement.

If you can assist with getting this, and future payments, processed it would be greatly appreciated.

I worked hard to get these players signed up and the agreement was a life time commission in return without additional retrospective additions attached to it.

Would appreciate if @Team.Videoslots could look into this. Why are my bank statements required in order to make an affiliate payment? I would appreciate if the monies owed are transferred into my bank account, just as they always have done.

Hi interlog,

I'm afraid I cannot help too much with specific questions about the terms and conditions. But warmly recommend you keep in contact with the affiliate team directly about this, as they can be of help there with more accurately.
And regarding bank statements. This can be a very normal and required procedure depending on the circumstances, like to verify or update bank details. But this also something we can't go much more in-depth about on a public forum, and recommend you also take this up directly with the affiliates team.

Kind regards.
Team Videoslots.
