Just happened again with one bet on wolf quest. The game still took my bet even though I have it set at a lower limit, game lost connection and my balance was not reset.

If you have it set at a lower limit I would hope they refund you anything over that otherwise whats the point of having the feature available?

This time it was only 1 bet of $5.00, I had the max bet limit set at $4.00.
I have received refunded bets from my "zoom" slot problems in the past but their is a cooling off period thing you have to click so as what you said what is the point of having the feature? Why not just set the bet to where you want it right away and if you want to change it you can.

Aye sounds good to look at it again. Years ago I just called my Bank and asked for it. I had it written down, and it worked just fine. Just filled in the field on the request, and it's saved so subsequent ones don't need you to enter it, it's already there.

Just tell your bank you need it to receive an international wire payment.

Unsure how your banks work, But here in the UK I ban and swift is only the bank extension number, I will show a screen shot of mine,

Basicily all it is is telling where the country the payment is going to, Swift BIC is the country where its going to is the main branch, SWIFTBIC BARCGB22, Mine state IBAN GB25 (25 is my branch town number) and the the bank BARC (Barclys) than my sort code and account number, Thats it and should see on any statement from any bank in any country

I have in the past added to such angry/pissed/feedback both pos&neg or just had a bit of whinge here and there! I do not always expect to be heard or dished out freebies in compensation sometimes its just nice to share stories or seek the advice of others in the same shitty spot concerning VS issues. In a shout out to the positive-- Often, Dan is quick to offer support to solve issues, and if that wasn't needed, he is always fantastic to send a quick msg and acknowledge my feedback which would then restore my faith and feel valued again. It is likely I will continue to play there even though i really feel strongly about the lack of reward/fairness is player bonuses/actions amongst a couple other little things.

Recently I had a 100 FS in a Gonzo's and 20 or so in Lights. I assumed this was a reward for some sort of trophy as I gad been broadening my game play lately. And, not only that, my entire VS gaming history account will show little to no spins ever on Gonzo-because I actually hate it and never ever play it (aside for FS rewards perhaps, battles or when I was new and exploring) so why oh why on earth would I be thrilled to sit through 100 FS that I have to manually touch to spin and watch and wait and load and basically consider not even finishing the rest when i had about 79 to go.

I cannot view my XP progress easily:requesting desktop site often works, but sometimes it's a hassle so I only do it every so often mainly.

if ever I need to speak to Chat, I have to use desktop site, or send an email which is not helpful when ya want it fixed then and there. Other sites sre mobile support enabled so why not VS

But... Having had a few mixed messages in the past, I use it as last resort. Navigating the desktop site via ipad is awful-tiny text and loads of links always risking hitting the wrong or a reload/refresh takes you back to mobile or even logs me out!

Each level will need now only 10K in wagering to complete, hence why you will progress much faster. The downside is that not every level-up will give you a reward.

Another thing is completing game rewards, i just did Thunderstruck 2 on Sunday. VS is a great site and no complaints just a suggestion.

There must be an easier and quicker way to verify your account than at the moment. For people like me that are hopeless on computers its really hard to photo and send documents that meet the requirements.

If you could even upload more than one at a time it would be a great help. Ive sent all 3 and I don't think they will work. But now you have to wait hours to get an answer if they pass. If not you have to send them again and wait hours etc.

Went to make my first ever withdrawal and got the surprise that you cant withdraw till verified.

Thought fair enough ill try a few pics one might get accepted. Then realised after sending you can only upload 1 pic and it can take24 hours to get a reply.

I know for a fact they will get knocked back as I done them from webcam of laptop should have took pictures with phone. Just feel there should be an easier quicker way to get verified than wait so long to send 1 pic at a time.

Even other casinos let you send more than 1 pic or check your documents on live chat to make sure they are okay.

Yes for a fact mate, done this a good few times, BetAT and Leo Vegas spring to mind, verified over chat and about 10-15 mins each time.

Find this a bit surprising for VS to be honest, maybe a PM to Dan, see if he can pull a few strings maybe?

Slow to load -- DOA will not even load. Getting an error message. Very, very laggy. Trying to play Gonzo on the battles but it is freezing if I stay on the screen -- plays normally if I am on a different screen. I have the sound turned on so can tell it's playing normally behind the background. Which is fine anyway as I find this a very painful slot to watch!

Ok an update.

Like I thought it took a few hours to check documents and they failed like I knew they would.

So took photos with phone and resent and looks like they then get checked right away as 1 passed and 1 failed within minutes.

Resent again and passed within 2 minutes so alls good.

Wasn't as bad as I thought so thanks VS

My last 3 withdrawals from VS to Ecopayz were paid in 6, 3 and 1 minute/s.

This shows that the technology and software is there to pay near instant if a casino wants to provide outstanding customer service. (Un)fortunately, VS is one of a very few only, that use it.

I joined them in Jan 2015 and never looked back. They will always be my go-to casino for non-bonus play. 90% of my play is bonus free, hence I spent some time pretty much every day at VS.
