I'm sorry to hear that you have had issues with some games.
I checked your game play today but didn't see anything unusual. Could you let us know around when you may have had the winning of 7.50 GBP?
It do sometimes happen that Netent fails to credit bonus game (it gets stuck) but the payment can be easily released once the spin has been identified. I checked their database and only spin that I can see unfinished is the last spin with winning of 1.46 GBP that has not been credited yet. The game session is still open, so, relogin to the game might solve the issue. If not, we can always contact Netent to release the winning.
But other winnings and transactions looks normal to my end. Maybe there's been small lag that showed balance temporarily wrong.

I logged off for over an hour and upon resuming the missing win had indeed credited correctly.
There does indeed seem to be some sort of lag and delay where the balance will not reflect correctly, not taking into account both winning and also losing spins, it does update eventually but makes it very hard to keep an accurate check on my balance (even the home page does not shoe correctly)
This has happened before and seems to rectify itself when I start a new session the following day.
I do think it maybe a game and provider error rather than your site itself, I will keep an eye on things, see if the fault continues and get in touch via the appropriate method should this be deemed necessary
