Not necessarily, If you complete the final trophies like this it can vary

1) Win 7 x in a row + complete all = 25 +75
2) Win 10,000 times + complete all = 50 + 75

Its possible to complete the 10,000 way before the 7 times in a row and it looks at though this is what happened here.

Did you in recent days/last couple of weeks get a 50 FS out of the blue? (if so this would have been for the 10,000 wins) and this most recent event seems to have credited correctly.

This being said, pretty confident, last couple of times I got nothing for the 7 wins in a row (but 100% sure it used to be 75 FS, recently changed to 25 and possibly changed again???)
It doesnt matter anymore Jono,i believe they cut the prizes on half...anyways the show goes on ;)

We have the facts but you keep going off after you been told them. Hey I am all with you against bad cs as that is all it is here and now. The standard in anything is up to 48 hours to get a reply.

I love ya beboo but i see others' point. It's the weekend, reps get busy, have lives...theyre here as a courtesy and they do their jobs well.
Even IF logged in, it's kinda irrelevant - they could be catching up threads, just reading other threads...just using their off time to enjoy the site.
What youre sayng equates to a day...and a rare day to respond.
And I get their point - just because theyre online, doesnt mean they have to access to answer pms fully
It's a sunny Monday - cause enough for joy :)

As you may know, MG recently updated the help files on their games adding the TRTP.
I couldn't help noticing differences up to almost 1% with the TRTP stated in "MY RTP" and "Game Payouts" so those need to be updated.
You may also want to update the Weekend Booster, if you use the old TRTP numbers of MG games to calculate it.

Here is a pic with the Burning Desire, Theoretical RTP on help file 96.19%, Theoretical RTP on the site 97%.
It is like that on all MG games.

I agree it's taking far too long to get responses, I emailed asking why I can't deposit (card error) Friday and it's now Wednesday with no response.

This is fresh after me complaining about the same thing happening last week.
