Greetings Videoslots,
As of today I have been told my country is no longer eligible to play at your site, a lot of money lost and now you just block us. A lot of unfinished achievements that were worked and not finished, thank you so much for doing this....

Thats the problem of our stupid goverment, not of VideoSlots :(
secondly, you was just unlucky that you "lost a lot of money" there..
i had many lucky sessions after months of playing there - so i will miss VideoSlots much :(

The reason why we are asking for you to send an e-mail is simply to collect information and to open a channel for discussion where we can go into detail a bit further, and it simplifies the process for us to do this at the start of an investigation.
@Steviedoo We can update you here in the thread should you be interested, as soon as we have come to a resolution or explanation at least.

Surely all you have to do is login, try to play them in fun mode? Why do you need account info for that though?
I get that if its an account specific query then you can't discuss it on this thread, but surely when it's a general query you could answer, apart from anything else, it would lessen your workload as others would see the answers and either not have to email you, or if someone else posts the same question a few weeks later, others can answer for you as they have seen the answer. It's not just this query, I've seen loads where you could answer on here but you always say 'you have a pm'.

Hello TeamVS, I see 'Tesla' has now disappeared from your site completely, and is not available to load at all, which I take to mean the provider either doesn't exist anymore or has ceased to support the game?

@colinsunderland Opening up a channel via e-mail makes communicating easier for us should we need any specific information or similar, but there are questions we could handle without using private messages. I guess it sets us up for further talking should the need exist.

@ChopleyIOM We have been reaching out to the provider to confirm if the game can be activated again, as it sits disabled at our site. In the beginning of next week we should be able to give you an update.

I was sure I saw a post the other day which said you can free play at Videoslots, is this the case and if so how can you access the free play option?

It all depends on the region where you are from, try opening a game when you are not logged in on your account. If that does not work, could you get in touch via e-mail on videoslotsteam@videoslots.com and I can take a look at what the possible cause might be.

I'm in UK and it justs asks you to register so I assume its a UKGC thing.
 
For me as VS wanted my account information... I am a Canadian so maybe they can use a VPN and try playing the Blueprint games in fun mode. Like I said earlier: When I am logged in my account, I can play the Blueprint slots fine using real money, but when I am not logged in my account in order to play the blueprint slots on "fun mode", I get issues. This appears to be a global thing as when I am on a site from the " L&L Group " and try to play the blueprint slots in "fun mode", I get the same error. :/

I just used a vpn for netherlands and this allows me to use free play. Thanks
 
First time i got cheated by videoslots. I buy in tournament id 448113 with 2€. I got 1738 points before my last spin. I got ten free spins from game. I have spinned 6 free spins and got over 13€ winnings before game screen goes black. I reload game and after that whole free spin wins was lost and my last 4 free spins also and my result from battle was that same 1738 points. If i would got those free spins wins i would have win that tournament without even those last 4 free spins. Now i was 8th. It was only 20€, but still unfair and seems to be real bug in programming and support cant do nothing.
