videoslots & my disappearing balance without a spin

i am freaking out just a little as to what just happened to my account balance ...

i deposited 60$ at videoslots from my ipad. i played the slot crystal money and had a balance of 249$ by the time i was done. i hit the home button and it said safari can't open this page so i hit the back button...it brought me to crystal money reloading and so i hit the back button again and got to the home page.

i went to the slot firestorm....and it said...i had a game in play that needed to be completed....and i was ok...i let it play...but i looked at my balance and it said $239 and change before the game completed...i hadn't even spun yet. ...here's the kicker....the game completed and i won $9 and change and it brought my balance back up to 250$....

i thought it was strange...but dismissed it...i checked what the bet was...it was 1$ bet......i went and made sure...when i came back my balance had dropped to 230...now im starting to freak out...i took a spin and my balance dropped another 20$....i made sure i was betting 1$...and no it wasn't 1$ per line...it was 1$ bet.

i got off the game...and went to home page and my balance on my account was now 190$...now of course i am really freaking...so i went back to firestorm figuring...i don't know what but maybe my balance would be restored....but i didnt spin...so i went back to ...home page and lo and behold my account balance had dropped to $170.

so i immediately signed off and came to my desktop to check my account from here to chat with someone.
my balance was at 170$

so i get on with chat services,,,and nice guy william says i played dragon's line at 5$ a spin....

ive never played that game nor did i ever play it this round.

so basically i am out 80$ and chat services thinks i'm some lunatic gambler who gambled 80$ at 5$ a spin and now is regretting it....and wants her money back. he told me that i played dragons line right after crystal money at 5$ a spin...which i didnt.

so now im out 80$ and i dont know what to do.
 
Well, you pm Dan or Phil with a brief summary and point them to this thread with a link, asking them to look into your game logs.
I'm sure one of them will look at your acct and into your case and ask you any necessary info
 
chat services says if i feel someone stole my money i should call the police. the cheeky bastard repeated this twice...like seriously...i'm sure they get all sorts of people but come on...

I havent seen the chat logs, but I'm sure the reps will look into those too. :thumbsup:
They're a soild casino so if they can sort you they will.

omg i am looking at my play history and it says i played dragon lines...i didnt play that game at all...it has tons of spins...i am now officially freaking out.....
 
Well, step one, go change your password; better safer than sorry.

Two, I'm guessing it's:
1 - youre lying (I'm not saying you are - devil's advocate yanno)
2 - glitch
3 - accidentally opened in background.
4 - someone logged into your acct

Don't stress. Pm the reps, be clear and polite and have them look into it for you.

It's past office hours so have a beer or veg to tv or some such; they'll get to you soon enough :thumbsup:
 
Ainsworth games offline on videslots

Got my 80$ refunded from videoslots. Seems ainsworth games ran into a glitch. All ainsworth games are now offline at videoslots.

Here's part the email I got this morning from head of games:

We treated your case with the highest possible priority and we contacted Ainsworth and NYX that we get the Ainsworth slots thru to investigate what happen. We could see in our own logs that it was not a hacker and only you have been online on your account so we decided straight away to remove all Ainsworth games from our casino.

We found out together with NYX that the issue to the source was Ainsworth that had some technical issues and that they caused this. We have made a report about this to MGA and we will keep the Ainsworth slots offline until they can confirm that this have been fixed and tested to make sure this doesn’t happen again.

Its good that you got it sorted out but pretty poor customer service that their only reply was 'call the police' before you contacted the rep on here. What if you weren't a member on here!

I can presume that CS reps are constantly dealing with folk who will try all sorts to get some money back,free spins and are vexed that they have blown their money. Its for a rep to distinguish those out from folk with a genuine issue. Only those who feel they have a genuine issue will press on with it until there is a conclusion reached. Adding to that the work load that CS are often under and disrespect they often endure. I would hate to have their job.
PS. 3-0 to the Toon tomorrow :p

The odds of your lot winning 7 in a row would have been bigger than the odds where of Leicester winning the league pre season 7 games ago. I didn't see Norwich winning today coming.
I agree that "ring the police" was especially pathetic. As most punters only point of contact getting such a reply must be very frustrating.
I wonder what the % of folk with a real issue simply walk away or just drop an issue rather than pursue it?

Really need to take more notice of members usernames :eek:

What I meant was I am a Wolves fan and don't take much notice of the Prem these days :oops::oops:

Surely thats a good thing , ive tried them many times , there putting bluntly a pile of crap.

I had two nice wins on Ainsworth at my local but their slots are terrible. You've got terrible math, terrible music, terrible graphics and often terrible bonuses. A couple of notable YouTubers (Albert's Slot Channel and Slot Chick) like their machines. They feel they're worth playing a bit for the progressives. The ones at VSO aren't worth it. They're money pits. You're better off losing your money on PlayTech instead.
