Just a heads up of my troubles with this casino (other that well below normal RTP)
It is very rare I get a cashout here but I have deposited over a hundred times in the last few months, in fact losing a small fortune lowballing finally got me an email from the loyalty manager who gave me 50 spins toward the race.
Anyway my debit card along with ID and prrof of address have been verified from the off and so finally today I come to make a small cashout and guess what, no can do.
It says my DC needs verifying!
So I wnet to chat in a blaze and what they said just made me all the more angry.
"You have entered too many digits so you need to reverify your card"
WTF? Seriously? to many digits? WTF are you talking about?

The verification process with Videolslots is really fast. They verify documents normally within 1-2 hours. And you can check how the verification is going by clicking my profile.

One time, it shows as "processing" more than 2 hours, so I contacted the live chat, they verified right on that spot.

And of course as mentioned many times before here, their cash-out is really fast.

So the time you have to wait for both verification and cash out is much less than cash out time along in many casinos.

I hooked up with them because my brothers sung their praises, so thought I'd give it a go. Anyway, their games were fine, fun in fact - seem to win a lot so really enjoyed it. Got a small windfall of around $300 bucks (which is alot of money for me, Im a low - roller and poor lol and then the difficulties started.

Sent scans of my licence (which I've used for every single casino I've used and they've always passed muster) oops! Apparently not clear/ good enough. Since my scanner is on the blink, took photos with my phone, still apparently not good enough. Rejected, rejected, rejected.

Completely agree with this. VS is (on the whole) excellent, but the first deposit bonus is awful. They should remove it and change it for something easy to understand. That and the odd spelling mistake littered throughout the site should be corrected, I gave up mentioning them as no one from VS gives a toss about them, but it creates a bad impression to first time visitors.

However, the rewards system is probably the best I have seen, they have an excellent selection of games, the gameplay is smooth and works. The battles are also excellent, and everyone has a chance of winning with them being from 1 euro.

You are verified now, which means you can enjoy their "lightening fast withdrawal", so why don't you give them an another chance when you feel like it-especially when you feel frustrated with "pending period" in another casino.

Also, knowing how to distinguish truth from fiction provides me with confidence to speak out as well.
