VS has always been one of my favourites. Never before had any problems with withdrawals. But now... they come with all kind of excuses of why it suddenly takes several days to do a withdrawal.denied
Last week I made a withdrawal of 400 euros, and I locked the withdrawal. After 3 days I get a email that my withdrawal has been denied. The reason of this was that I did not meet the turnover requirements. So when they denied the withdrawal it became as money I had deposited... Wtf?

Hello @lamisie

All the deposits needs to be wagered once. Once that has been done, it's fine to withdraw them.

If there are any further issues, please contact us directly [email protected]

Kind regards,
Team Videoslots
Thats not strictly true, The Op could have been emailed saying he had not wagered his deposit and if he would like to continue with his withdrawal there may be a charge to this effect. You Do Not Have To Wager Your Full Deposit.

The case was:
Lets say that I deposited 20 euros and won 400 euros. I made a withdrawal of this amount. Actually I also cancelled the withdrawal at one point to play some more. Then I made a new withdrawal of 300 euros that I locked (to insure i didnt play it).
After several days I got an email that they denied the withdrawal - and the money was back on my account.
The reason that they denied my withdrawal was that I had to play through that 300 euros before I made a withdrawal..
So when the withdrawal was sent back to my account it seemed to be a deposit that I did. Quite cunning..

That's just bullshit. The wager requirements are supposed to prevent money-laundering or something to that effect. If you cancelled an existing withdrawal, how can that money be considered a deposit that comes with wager reqs? What money exactly are you laundering there?

@Team.Videoslots would be interesting to hear your excuse for this..

The wagering x1 is only for the original deposit.
Not any winnings or cancelled withdrawals.

Aye, reads like they've made a mistake - read a reversal as a deposit and treated it as such. @Team.Videoslots, I'd assume if this is the case, you'll be able to process the withdrawal for the player?

(Assuming that this is the case, and that they haven't since lost the reversed funds. In which case, it would be nice to at least give them a decent wager free bonus to apologise.)

Hello @lamisie

Could you contact us directly to [email protected] and we'll take a look what actually happened there.

But yes, in general, only deposits need to be wagered at least one time. Winnings should not have any wagering requirement, unless they come from some a special offer with a specified wagering requirement, which is always stated in the email of the offer.

Kind regards,
Team Videoslots
