Can you show the thread where the casino rep write something that is not correct and another rep from the same casino comes and say "this rep said wrong".

Every time the casino rep says something wrong, it's always members here that point out that information is not correct, some reps says "sorry", some reps don't say anything further more. When Mr. Wilds said something that is not correct I believe many members pointed out to him that is not correct, not much different when the person who has "casino staff" title said something wrong.

I'm not against MR. Wilds has a title of "VS staff". All I'm saying is whether he has a title or not, there is not going to be much difference.
Would it be better if he has a "VS staff" title? Absolutely. And I believe it is a good suggestion to ask him to ask Bryan about the title.
But just because he has not the title, let's not say he is doing something wrong, because he is not doing anything wrong. That's all.

Mr. Wild is not a shill and it's his civilian account that a number of reps have. It is really no big deal. Geeze people.

What is deal with all of this aggression? It's like Videoslots has been turned into the whipping boy lately. Man, is Brexit causing some of you to go off the rails? It's ok - but chill out already.

I don't know what you mean. Brexit's going really well and everyone's very upbeat about the whole situation

I have no problem with mr wild but think he must have some authority at VS, possibly the CEO.
I say that because of the nature and the knowledge behind some of the postings.
He has made a few duff comments which if an employee made, i would not allow them to post again
if I was the boss.
Sorry I mean no disrespect, just my opinion.
 
I really don't get it. You would think that people would be appreciative, and encourage more working in the Casino industry to join, chip in, and lend us their expertise and opinions, since their knowledge is more than relevant.
I guess people just really are on a "down with VS" crusade at the moment, and I really hope that it has run it's course. VS is tirelessly revamping and offering us new and innovative things, yet people are quick to complain and hold back the praise where it is due. Just my 2c.
 
When I have been confused about stuff, and we know how frequent that can be. Lol. He has explained things in laymen s terms, and has also been able to diffuse me and allow perspective, with positive to kick in. I like Wild. Not to many can do that with me. So with those skills my gut tells me that he probably is higher up, but that is okay. But as with anyone I like, I get cranky when I hear bad stuff being said. Now back to smartcroatia. Whats been going on?
 
Friend of mine text me yesterday to say his account has been 'deactivated' for an unknown reason....hence why I came here for a nosey

He's a low stakes players and his RTP was 102% + , being well in profit since he's been playing there....

Makes you wonder.

"tirelessly revamping and offering us new and innovative things" which just happen to offer considerably less value than the things they replaced ? Don't think anyone could deny they have been on a mission to cutback rewards etc (and even game payouts for us UK players :( ) but ofc its far better marketing to change things and promote them as exciting new changes whilst offering less , rather than simply saying sorry guys we're cutting all your rewards and loyalty perks . Or simply keep quiet when there's no way of putting a positive spin on it like it's kind of difficut to say "hey guys , exciting changes we're lowering rtp on half our slots" :p
Nothing inherently wrong with some of their changes like clash of spins replacing casino race, except casino race used to pay out a lot more to their customers than clash of spins does

But I beg to differ. for example. My level is 56, So I get access to the silver wheel every 5 levels. The first silver wheel I had over a week ago I got a £150 cash bonus, no wager. Before the wheel of jackpots, you basically had races, which was pretty tiny depending how much playtime and luck you had, and the cashback, oh and those 10-15 freespins from the tuesday voucher, plus what ever you won in the free battles.

Now you have clash of spins, which if you get tonnes of playtime and luck then you can win a nice amount of spins from, More so than you might have won from the races in my opinion. That is if the spins are not all dead spins hahaha. The cashback although people have been moaning a lot about the fact that they think their cashback has been reduced to a lower %, I really can not say that I agree with, I check my cashback stats, and it is around the same as it always was and has been for the last 3+years.

So if anything the value is better because of the wheel of jackpots now for me anyway as I am a higher level. So minimum reward I can get from the wheel spin is £100 on silver wheel. In the past when I got a reward when I reached the level up every 5 levels it would usually either be a multiplier or around 25-50 freespins on a 0.10 slot. So the silver wheel is a huge huge improvement. Much much better in my opinion. That is my 2 cents anyway. I think people need to stop giving VS a hard time. Yes so what they lowered the RTP on some slot providers. I just do not play those slot providers at VS any longer, that is simple. I still play all the other slot providers though, and when I want to play the play n go and others with the lower RTP I play them elsewhere, LV, Rizk etc etc :)
