Great stuff i thought , I logged in , clicked the deposit button and came to this page "attatched" , As you can see there is no where to enter a code onthis page , So i assume once i click through one of the methods / depsoit amounts , A new page will load up or follow .
This did not happen , The depsoit went through , I was granted no bonus , I went on chat to try and sort it out .
I was told
"I can see what the problem is. If you use "Quick Deposit" you cannot enter your Bonus code, you will have to use "Make Normal Deposit" in order use your bonus."
"I understand what you mean, but quick deposit is a feature that allows you to make a deposit without entering any information, that is why there is not field for a bonus code."
Now there is no mention of this in either the email i received or indeed on the whole site ........
I sent screenshots and copies of the promo email and i have no doubt videoslots will credit the bonus i should have received , Chat where very friendly , So i'm sure all will be soved soon ............... BUT
