    This Casino is one of my favourite , Although this is only my second deposit with them and already running into problems .

    It seems wherever i go to play nowadays it takes me over an hour before i am spinning due to errors , Its really tiring and really drains the fun out of it .

    This time i was sent a promo with a 100% bonus code ,

    Great stuff i thought , I logged in , clicked the deposit button and came to this page "attatched" , As you can see there is no where to enter a code onthis page , So i assume once i click through one of the methods / depsoit amounts , A new page will load up or follow .
    This did not happen , The depsoit went through , I was granted no bonus , I went on chat to try and sort it out .

    I was told
    "I can see what the problem is. If you use "Quick Deposit" you cannot enter your Bonus code, you will have to use "Make Normal Deposit" in order use your bonus."

    "I understand what you mean, but quick deposit is a feature that allows you to make a deposit without entering any information, that is why there is not field for a bonus code."


    Now there is no mention of this in either the email i received or indeed on the whole site ........

    I sent screenshots and copies of the promo email and i have no doubt videoslots will credit the bonus i should have received , Chat where very friendly , So i'm sure all will be soved soon ............... BUT

    This is the third site in a row i have had problems with , All of which are Acredited here .I am not sure what is going on with the industry nowadays ,Its just seems riddled with errors , Be it small print , Game play ,Slow withdrawals or indeed places doing there best not to pay at all.

    All we want is what we our promised when we join a site , make a deposit and if we our lucky make a withdrawal.

    It seems rules for customers are unflinchingly rigid and any bending in there will result in confiscation of winnings or account closure but as the customer we are constantly on the receiving end of casinos not fulfilling there end of the bargain to no loss ,

    Seems like this is related to depositing with credit-cards.
    When you check for the ewallets there is a bonus-code which you can opt-in for.

    No, you can see in the bottom of his screenie that it says ''Make a normal deposit''.
    If he had used that he would have had the option so it had nothing with ewallets or cards to do.

    But it should be room for it of course because they can't expect people to know the difference. I didn't :)

    I believe the OP don't know either that he wouldn't get the bonus like normal but in increaments when he have wagered some.

    They said the problem was i clicked the small "deposit" button next to my bottom visa card , which was a " quick deposit method " , And doing this means you cannot enter a code and therefor will not get the bonus ,

    All this is fine if this information was stated before , Either in the email or on the site somewhere but really , It should be a key instruction and in the promo step by step email .

    They got back to me an indeed credited me the bonus funds but there was no appology , rather i was told to do it the "right" way next time , Not sory that they sent out an email to 1000s of customers not including correct details in order to claim the bonus ,

    All of this can be easily fixed either by altering the quick depsoit method , or perhaps a warnig page or indeed adding the info into all promo emails . Hopefuly they will , Althought i am only one person complaing , Even if it is a systematic error .I just can't see how it hasn't happened to more people ..

    You are right my friend , I have played here before with bonuses so know it was given in increments , But at the time of depositing i had forgotten , D'OH !
