I have been trying many a NetEnt casino, using the reviews here under the Accredited Casino section to guide me.

A major whoops..... NetEnt games are NOT available...ANY of them...in Canada for this casino. No Starburst even!! Why this casino wouldn't pay for a license like all the other NetEnt casinos I have tried, I am not certain.

Then there is the welcome offer. I am buttered up by the chat rep, who says there is a 100% welcome offer. Fantastic. I deposit $50 and start to play the limited games I can play. Only catch, the 100% welcome offer isn't really a usable bonus. You must first wager a ton of money to unlock 10% portions of this bonus into playable credits. I went through the entire $50 and $10 they threw in for a first time deposit bonus, and even with $60 in the account I was unable to unlock cent #1 of this supposed "Welcome" offer.

I would like to say, two thumbs down for this player from Canada. They don't hold a license for NetEnt in Canada, and their welcome offer is like no other I have seen. I didn't get to use one penny of it, and they already want me to deposit again.

Guts, Betat and NextCasino all put these guys to shame IMO. Somehow they are scored 9.1. I guess in another market, with a different welcome offer.....

Hi bruinsdude,

Good morning. :)

Re; the NetEnt games not being available to Canada, we had posted and explained NetEnt's updates here: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/doa-not-available-to-canadians-at-videoslots-now.63120/ - (Post dated 14th July).

Re; the welcome bonus you may read more here: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/videoslots-com-dont-you-dare-press-that-button.63660/ . - (Post dated 4th November)

Thanks, and do let us know should you have any questions or need assistance, as I'll gladly help out.

Kind Regards,
Lucas

The rating system on CM has nothing to do with the bonuses casinos offer (unlike my site where the rating has everything to do with the welcome bonuses!)

This "gradual cash-back" system is the same as Microgaming casinos used for years and many players prefer it because you aren't tied in to any wagering - you can cash-out whenever you like.

I think it's unfair to criticise this casino for the type of bonus they offer - it is explained in their T&Cs.

But I think you do have a point about the NetEnt games not being available; if most other casinos DO allow Canadians to play NetEnt, then I think it was a reasonable assumption to think it would be the same at this casino. I would like to see them put up some sort of warning note or pop-up on the registration and/or deposit screens, that certain games aren't available in certain locations.
FYI, in the UK I can play NetEnt at Video Slots, but some other softwares are blocked, which I also find frustrating.

Not quite, at videoslots (unless anything has changed since i played there) you can withdraw whenever you like before meeting the WR BUT only an amount that is limited to your initial deposit amount, to withdraw any winnings you will need to complete the WR for the bonus, even though the bonus money is post wager and released in 10% increments.

Hi All,

Re; Our Cashback system: (where we pay out the cashback regardless if players win or lose): is completely wagering free, and cashback money is available to cash out at any time.
(Cashback is paid out every Friday) :D You can see more here:

Re; The Welcome Bonus: It needs to be fully wagered in order to cash out winnings exceeding the initial deposit amount.
(One can still cashout an amount less or equal to their initial deposit amount at any time.)
