Videoslots Bonus advice

Do you guys get many match bonuses?
I've had two around the time I signed up, but nothing since.

I do feel they could treat mid to high-roller players a lot better.

I couldn't find it now but in a recent thread it was pointed out how good VS is for low rollers.
Keep your wagers low and your cashback and race winnings may exceed your deposits...

And therein lies the problem. If you comp one group of players too heavily, there's not much left for other players.

Using the Monthly race as an example: You only get the full benefit of bets up to €0.2. Clearly geared towards the low roller.
I have little desire to structure my bets like this, and I up with few comps.

Please launch a proper VIP program!

Not up to 0.2. The lowest amount is 0.2. Bet just 9c and it doesn't count.
You do get more the more you bet. Go read again :)

You VIP-people are so few, but if I understand correct they have at least launched a vip program now. That's a start:D

Thanks for clarifying.

I usually bet around NOK10-50 (€1-5 per spin) and I get 2-3 points toward the cashback race.'
I feel I should be getting 5-25 points.

There should be no difference between 25 €0.2 bets and one €5 bet.

Freddy

I missed this part :p
Where did you find this?
Thanks!

A bird flew by and told me :p
Maybe it's not a program, but I know there is things going on in their dark rooms somewhere:eek2:

I don't agree with you though about the race. It's about time us poor people get awarded too.
You can afford to be without, especially if you eventually will get something as a VIP :D

In the same boat as you, probably right next to you as well. Same bet size, and the same currency.

Should probably just top up my VS account with a couple of hundred € and autospin it to oblivion with 0.20€ bet on an NetEnt slot. Hopefully a 500-1000xbet in there somewhere, and would most likely give a nice place in the race.

I think you are referring to this
https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/videoslots-best-rated-casino-at-casinomeister.69345/

The race awards are indeed a little bit weird. First place gets 425/20,000 = 2,13% of the prize-pool :what: and you get 2 points for the race for a €1 bet and 3 points for a €2 bet which is as you pointed out very beneficial for the low-roller.

IMHO they should do something like Old / Expired Link where you don't have 1 race for all but 3 races depending on your bet-size so every player plays against his "alikes".

Probably that would result in fewer prices.
The things is that someone like me, a real lowroller have a chance to actually recieve some cash back. With no wagering!

If the cashback or race money were any kind of bonuses, I wouldn't play there.
If I understand correctly then it's the lowrollers that are profitable for all casinos. Reward them and you have a guaranteed income.

I like it the way it is.

Yes I think we agree that it's very difficult to accommodate all players from low up to high-rollers and depending on the reward-system one specific category of players is usually better of.
That's fine to me.

My 2 cents

- VS is a great casino but not to every ones taste
- In my opinion, their focus is on low-mid rollers. However, I am sure their high rollers get some extra treatment just like at any other casino.
- They do have a VIP program, i can confirm that
- If you are after cashback and a good race position you have to play smarter then at other casinos. Chucking away on 10$ bets won't give you more than doing medium 1-2$ bets. Any bet at 2$ or higher gives you the highest points possible/bet in the race, which is 3 points. But hell guys&girls, anybody betting regularly 10$ and higher won't care much about 100 or 200$ from the cashback or race.
- Not many extra bonuses granted but they do look after you if you have a prolonged losing period.
- If you don't like their "system" chose a different casino from the "gazillion" options available nowadays. Back in the days we had maybe 10-20 decent online casinos where you could play, today you have a whole variety of reward systems, bonus packages, promotions etc. Chose the one that best fits your gaming style and expected bonus structure and make your deposits there. No point complaining when you can vote with your feet. After all, you can read all T&C's before you sign up and make an educated decision!!!

Amen :p

Never a truer word spoken!

Small fish are sweet, look after the pennies etc etc etc

Well Said!

It's nice to know there's VIP program in place.
Not so nice that I'm not part of it :p

I must add I don't deposit massive amounts.
I may not fit into any category :D

IIRC, you need to deposit 7K in a running year to become a VIP player.

I deposited on average some 2.5K / month since i joined them in Feb 2015.

Thanks Harry.

I'm nowhere near your deposit level, but I am close to the VIP threshold.
Probably flying just below their radar.

I guess you can just ask if you are eligible by asking Kenny at vip(at)videoslots.com if you think you qualify for the VIP-program.

Thank you for the heads up. I did email them (regular support) asking for criterias for the VIP program. And the support told me to await an email from an VIP manager.
So I dunno, maybe in the works?
