I signed up with VideoSlots a few weeks ago after reading some good reviews here on the forum.

I had a number of losing deposits and decided to take a break. I deposited £100 tonight and turned it into £300 playing Jack Hammer.

I tried to withdraw, but was asked for verification documents. I uploaded these and contacted live chat who verified the documents IMMEDIATELY and also flushed my withdrawal. They confirmed the withdrawal time and made sure I had no further questions.

This is how customer service should be with every online casino.
There is no reason to delay payment, refuse to flush withdrawals or take an age to verify documents.

Would play there more often but tend to lose lose and lose after winning winning and winning in the beginning, or i will spend all my time there.

I must say I like them more and more too.
Almost everytime I log in I have something in my account. Either cashback, winnings from a race or free spins.

I have made a few cashouts and they are really fast, and there are no problems with the games.

If I want to play with bonus I go somewhere else though, but I guess they can't have it all

They even increase the amount they giveaway in the weekly races. A couple of month ago it was 7,500€ iirc, later is was 10,000€ and now it's 12,500€

Must be great times for them. They certainly deserve the credit.

I did sign up here a number of weeks ago after my 6 months of awful sessions at 32Red (which have gotten no better), great casino, played for 2 days I think from a £20 deposit + 100% DB.

Only downside was I couldn't get verified. Seems I'm stuck with 32Red for the foreseeable
