Videoslots, am I entitled to my deposits back

Hi! I'm new to this so I'm not sure if I'm doing it correct 🥴. So back in 2020 I had an account with video slots which THEY closed the account completely due to being a problem gambler. I then went on gamstop a few months later. Back at the start of the year (whilst still on gamstop) I was able to make an account with Mr Vegas (sister site) and deposit and loose alot of money (alot of money is below £1000 for me 🤣) to which I self excluded myself with Mr Vegas. When I came off gamstop last month I was able to open a new account with video slots, again deposit and loose. I'm just wondering, because I was self excluded with both of them, am I entitled to my deposits back as there system still let me open new accounts?. I'm back on gamstop now, and completely kicking myself for being so silly 🥴. I've filed a complaint with videoslots but all I keep hearing back is it's with the relevant department.
Just wondering if anyone can help?
