I've been having a horrendous run lately, pretty much on every casino, but by far the worst seems to be videoslots, I'm talking 12 months without any even moderatly decent win over a load of different games.

I just asked support for my lifetime and last 6 months RTP, the figure she came back with was 75%, she said she thought that was 'pretty good', what do you guys think?

Not even remotely. Don't know why anyone'd say that's a good figure, and certainly not over five months :what::eek:

I'd consider the low 90s 'average' over extended play, but 75% is not only woeful but no way should anyone patronize you by calling it good!

What have they been smoking at VS?

Yep, and I pretty much got told thats what happens, and if I am not happy with my play any more I should take a break...well done there with the customer service Videoslots! I told her I was going to post in here to see what you guys thought of 75% RTP because I thought it was shockingly bad. She didn't much seemed to care, just reiterated I should take a break.

Think yourself lucky, mine is less than 50%, which is why I seldom deposit now. VS claim that they have chosen the best option for the players but going by the amount of people on here who complain that there return is the lowest at VS across casino's, it just doesn't add up.

No free spins, very little rewards, no game play, little cashback and impossible to win on the free battles (for me anyway), there is just no incentive to play there - oh and the technical issues and gliches, need I go on?

Who ever that CS person at VS is, all I can say is she must think that the words "good" and "shite" have the same meaning.

I don't even consider 95% to be "good", let alone "pretty good". It is merely "average".

Even 99.99% would be no better than "good, but not good enough".

Whilst that RTP is shocking (but it isn't if you only deposit say £25 a week - some deposit level or number of spins would help) I have to say kudos to the rep for suggesting to take a break.

Less than 50% is impossible. Are you sure about that? I recall you posting at some point that one of your sessions ran at less than 50% because the number of wins spins was less than 50%?

Definitely not "pretty good". Not unless you deposit a tenner a month, even then that's a bad run, but not shockingly bad.

Why don't you PM Dan? I don't expect you'll receive any compensation, that's not the way they do things there, but it will give him a chance to help improve customer service.

Support can at least commiserate with you for poor luck. To say it is "pretty good" is insulting IMO. They must think we are eejits.

Thats the sort of response i got from them without anything to do with a gambling problem, which i think the tone implies.

When closing my leo vegas account yesterday i noticed they are publicly traded company started in 2012.Leo vegas estimates US$300million revenue in 2018, and one of the founders shares stash, is only worth US$56million at todays price. Not bad for 5 years.
So id say videoslots cs agents are smoking pure crack cocaine rolled in $100 bills, and where do i sign for an employment contract?

It is possible that there was a confusion, its the only explanation I can think of for the “pretty good”. CS agents talk to many people at the same time.

On the other hand, all that new “proactive” thing about CS and SE soon turns any complain into a “take a break” making it impossible to talk about the real issue. Are we getting our deposits worth of playtime? But you can’t talk about that. No no no no, you say you didn’t get enough playtime and the answer from any casino will soon be “we are perfect, you think you deposited too much, then you have a problem”.

Hmmm...that's funny you got your lifetime rtp....I asked Kenny a while back and he said they don't do that sort of thing...Kenny...can always count on him....

I would double check, I have been given some absurd numbers at time from their CS. Firstly ask how much you have wagered and see if its anything near your XP level, then count how much you are down in total (also include race and cb) and work it out from there.

My RTP has been phenomenal lately, 100%......... I have timed out all my accounts for the last month :D

lol...

I got lucky with my bonanza stats cause if I lost all those id be gutted and prob wouldnt do that 1 million spin challenge(actually thats prob unlucky lol). But they always tell me they only go back 3 months..lucky I had the stats saved they gave me the first time in a thread so i was able to go look at them

My guess is that the RTP she is quoting is your deposits vs withdrawals, rather than your game percentage, which is extremely unlikely to be 75% - unless you've only played a few thousand games...

Very possibly. I asked the same question a little while back and was given my total deposits v withdrawals that would also work out to be in the 70%s. The CS seemed confused as to what RTP was and after I explained said they couldn't give me that.

Having said this I'm seeing many people saying that their luck at VS is the worst of any casino, me included. Again, I know VS can't influence this and assume the RTP set on their games is in line with the industry, so it's strange.

I would imagine the casino's don't store player RTP, as they don't have to. They would obviously keep the overall RTP data (or SRP data - which is normalised for bet sizes) in order to make sure the total RTP of the game is correct, but there is little reason to work out the player RTP.

Betat displays your lifetime rtp on your accounts page...why wouldn't a casino do this?

Videoslots is a big part of the cm forum....and that is why we hear more about them then any other casino. Not so strange. I'm sure it all levels out. My bad luck casino is 32 red. I never win.

Well, from a fairness point of view, yes it would be fine... But most peoples RTP's are all over the place to start with, and also do you really want to be reminded by the casino that all you ever do it lose,,,,

I'm sure that explains it somewhat. I guess we all have casinos where we just can't seem to win. 32Red is ok for me, I'm about even there, Casumo has been the best by far where I'm up quite a bit, All British is my second worst.
