    Hi everyone, It's been a while. I had a question. I recently started playing at Videoslots, which I love, but one thing has stood out for me that is making me a bit uncomfortable. They said it's mandatory to provide your banking info. Screenshot, upload etc. Even if you don't deposit using your bank or cc. A picture of your bank account? Thats personal shit. Is this something that is the "norm"? I have never seen that.

    Did you choose "wire transfer to your bank" as a withdrawal method?

    As far as I know it is mandatory for the people who want to use "wire transfer" as a withdrawal option.

    I am playing Videslots a lot, withdrew many times to my neteller account in the past and to my visa debit card now, I was never asked to upload my bank account details.-I had to upload the screenshot of my neteller account and the picture of scanned debit card, that's something you have to do in most of online casinos anyway.

    If you didn't choose "wire transfer" as a withdrawal option, I don't know why you were asked.

    Maybe you can send PM to Philip or Dan.

    They are really great guys and I'm sure they will help you.

    I've never been asked for that, but if you are getting paid by bank transfer then I would think its fine. If not then I would be asking them why.
