Video slots refuse to verify my account 4 days and absolutely nothing getting done

Video slots contacted me requesting ID & so on i provided everything
They then said everything was verified but my ID & Selfie as it was blurry infact it was very clear so i sent it again anyway now its been a total of 4 days and absolutely nothing been done locked out of my account & refuse to help or withdraw balance
All i get told is soon constantly
4 days to verify a photo ID & selfie? Come on this is absolutely stupid.

Ive been polite & very patient throughout but now its beginning to be just taking the mick!

You sent them 60 emails over 4 days? Sixty?
Thats pretty much one per waking hour.
They probably haven't had a chance to reply due to having to read your numerous emails.

They also explained why they need you to email rather than PM, and that you didn't include any account information in the PM, so how could they help you?

I think you need to calm down and give them a little time to respond.

They have had chance, they just make excuses not to pay

They did explain to email as above i did email , most definitely did have all the account info in the email too

1 thing is i dont need to calm down im the one thats getting robbed blind the only way is to keep pushing they do everything they can to try not payout

this is the worst casino ive ever came across! Customers service is absolutely shocking

Since 16th , absolute nightmare of a casino
After sending everything they then tried asking for proof of ownership for a pay as you go number knowing fine well thats impossible to do so

they could be approving your claim that you cannot show proof of this payment , as normally they could of just approved but might have to send to another department to approve it, but they can make things easier for you and them by being totally honest, seems like if they emailed you or contacted you 30 emails before and just said what was going on. they wouldn't have to read the next 30 emails because you know what's what
 
@Bazjones They cant confiscate/void your winnings mate, just because you cannot approve your payment method, if its not possible they should be reasonable, don't worry you will get paid there no reason otherwise
 
They have proof of payment method aswell, photo id selfie bank statements letters all sorts its shocking most casinos just do as they want these days now they love the deposits hate they payouts

I had to prove to the phone company that my pay n go sim was mine (to get it replaced) when i lost my phone so it is possible.

Did you credit your casino account with it?. As cannot see why they would need it otherwise, unless you have used it as part of your ID.

You coming all aggressive and slating the casino across three threads is not going to speed anything up.

Take a chill pill FFS.

No it's not, as they can just keep fobbing you off.

I have no idea where you are at with this with it being spread over so many different threads.

How long have you had the account?
Have they asked for documentation previously?

Whats the 67 complaints and 12 resolved? You have had 67 complaints against them?
 
next step a adr that would be continuing to stay on there back it most definitely is the best way its not good just to leave it never to be sorted
The other threads ive only just joined this site im a 74 year old guy im not exactly clued up how it works those i would remove if there was a delete button
i made the account around a week and half ago all documents are verified just not moving forward

That was aimed to a guy i blocked just talking utter rubbish on this post giving me advice even though he can't even fix his own situations

they are not asking for anything thats the thing they have everything and its all verified its just a ridiculous site they are not doing anything at all

I thought you mentioned asking to verify a PAYG number?
 
sorry yes they asked me to do that today , i deposited with trustly via the bank ect so the phone number there is no need for a phone bill or so, i did call o2 and they setup an online account and i sent them a screenshot of that they must have thought i wouldn't be able to do so, soon as i did they went all quite again im 100% sure there will be a further excuse pop up tomorrow these guys just do not want to pay its only just under 10k im not sure what there problem is
