Video-slots.com POOR customer service, poor handling of everything

    I have been playing with videoslots.com for nearly two years now. 50% of times and maybe more when I deposit using ukash at videoslots.com

    For some reason my deposit get accepted with ukash i will get the new voucher code for the remaining balance and it shows the money has been accepted.

    Now when i go back to the website to play well guess what my balance is still 0.00 .

    So I contact video slots through live chat also in a mean time I email a screenshot of everything that been happening and all.

    so hoping for the issue to be fixed say in an hr 2 hrs, 24 hrs, 48 hrs and sometimes up to 72 hrs.

    I’m a vip member at videoslots.com. Well I try to contact Kenny the vip representative (well he reply whenever he feels like it, for Instance is I emailed him a week ago about a different issue and I’m still waiting for a simple reply from him,

    Well it’s not that he has not read my email or been busy but I’m 100% he just ignored it and been ignoring it.
    back to the issue with ukash deposit now so since they cannot help me they ask me to go and contact ukash so I do that I have to wait 48 hrs for them to reply and they reply after 48 hrs saying well your deposit is perfectly fine with our side and provide video slots with the following reference number which I do and after all this which is around 3-4 days my deposit which I paid for 4 days ago to sit, chill and play finely goes through!!!!!!!

    I mean is this fair????????????? i pay for an instant service to play for a short time to relax but instead I have to chase my own money in my own time for 4 days. And the amounts are not like 100$ there 10$ and 20$ so always small amounts.

    So instead of videoslots offering me any alternative they simply repeat them self like a machine a robot it’s like I’m chatting with a programmed robot seriously. How IS THIS fair on me or us as customer service I played over 200,000 aus dollars on their website and for a 10$ they make me wait hours and days.

    Is that fair please read this and if you have similar issues with them write about it as i don't think they deserve the ranking they got on this website. Sometimes I play for days and i do not even get a signal reward like i play for 48 hrs nonstop and nothing at all. But new players they get heaps and heaps is that fair???? No its not

    1. My eyes hurt from the caps and lack of page breaks.
    2. Have you tried either of the reps here before the long post (that'd be Dan or Phil), found here> http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/showroster.php

    Try to remember, front-line CS (and some reps) have limited information, meaning, some things simply aren't cut and dried answers , or have to be elevated up the chain.

    Send a pm to one of the gentlemen above and hopefully they can spend some time looking into your case. Glitches happen, deps get stuck...send them a note and gl.

    I Apologize for my bad English and bad paragraphing i tried to fix it as best as i could. and Im angry and frustrated because its not the first second or third time and its always the same thing. so it does not matter who i contact or what i do

    Read my comments. We have a no tolerance policy on violations of our posting rules for posting complaints. We don't care how annoyed you are since we are the ones who are annoyed at your posting behavior. Read the bloody rules or take a hike.

    No worries on the language. An easier read as far as breaking up the body of text just means, well, more people will be likely to read it and where able, lend aid.

    If you aren't looking for a resolution, and this is common...er, why continue to play there?
    If you DO want a resolution, and want to play there, pm one of the guys - theyre friendly and helpful.
    If it's UKASH always the issue, maybe choose a different deposit method if able.

    As I mentioned I tried to fix it after the first reply and I did my best. And I did not mean to shout at any of you at all. And if you are going to call me and idiot and ignorant simply because of my writing and reading skills well that obviously says a lot about your mentality my friend and how judgmental you are. How about you try writing or reading in my language or a different language so no need for this at all

    I am looking for some type of resolution .please don’t get me wrong I love the casino and that is why I continue to play there but it seems the quality is getting poorer comparing to what it used to be there. Also I have been I contact with their Vip representative.

    Also im posting and complaining about this issue after too many times of trying to solve it in the best politest manners with the live chat representative and vip representative believe me posting here was my last choice .

    Ukash works fine with every other casino that I play on such as 32 red, guts, next casino and so on its only with videoslots.com and I think I should not be kept waiting for 2-3 days specially if its nether my or ukash is fault.

    For the love of god please contact the reps. They are very helpful and should always be your first port of call when you have a complaint at an accredited casino. It states that clearly in the rules!!!
