    On Sept. 25th their credit card equipment went down and I made a $50 transaction they charged my credit card but not my casino account I have emailed them several times but they always have excuses like their equipment is still down or they are looking into it but it has been almost a month and I still have not received a response or a credit back on my credit card can you help.
