Since posting about the 17 charges laying in wait to hit my account at different dates that was set up last June as pre-auth's, they are no longer there, they were pulled back. Hmmmm?

I was going to call the bank and make some noise today, but got to talking with my Dad about it, he suggested to open an account with another bank first, just so I'll have one incase I make the bank mad I'm with now and they close my accounts themself.

so will go to a different bank first, then talk to Vice President at the one I'm at now.

If your saying that the URL you posted is connect to Prism & or Virtual Casino Group, it is not ( not from what I can tell anyway )

Probably more along the lines that whoever owns Link Removed ( Old/Invalid)
Has contructed a doorway page ( prism-casinos-1.html ) for a search engine catches. Some webmasters are doing a lot of this lately.

yes, I went to Google Search... typed Prism Casino, 5th or so down on the page, showed Virtual Casino - Prism, I clicked on it, took me there to that link.

just funny virtual came up on a prism search.

New twist which has me really thinking IF I want to just settle on having my bank fees returned.

I went to open a new checking account with another bank before closing all accounts where I bank at now. I was denied due to information my bank put into ChexSystem over this Prism Casino shit.

So now, do I want this settled for just the bank fees returned? Or do I want to get an attorney and have all this brought out in a court of law?

I found an Attorney in California who has taken on cases for people who made legit deposits and he won the cases, so I am thinking, if this is what I decide to do, I'll be contacting him, but will continue searching for Attornies closer to where I live.

Stress, personal loss..etc. Anything and everything applicable will be filed, if I so decide.

And then my bank will also be listed. I want to see what monies they recovered, since I was told by them, they haven't. I know better!!
They have mailed out today all information on the questionable charges, bank fees. I should receive these by this Wednesday (Oct. 01,2003), BUT when I do, I'll hang on to them til I decide what route I want to take in this matter. I also want to be removed from ChexSystem. This will also be on the suit filed, if I decide to do this.

People.. If I was asked about playing at Prism Casino I'd say, "Do Not Play At Prism Casino". IMO, any casino that is a part of the Virtual Casino Group.. BEWARE!!!!

So people, keep speaking out, take it as far as need be. Offshore gambling companies ARE reachable!!

Especially now with all that's going on inside the US government about online gambling.

Makes me want to just reverse any and all deposits ever made, as far as the time limit allows, using my bank card!!
