But it should be 100% up to £100 it is in the U.K PLUS 25 spins, (not 100% worth of spins) I will add the screen shot, I also know where your coming from with the lobby shit, To me its not bad but for somebody who has not played it can be dreadfull, Also the site runs so slow for me,

I came across Drueck Gluek the other day offering a "extra special deal" Get 100% up to 50 Free Spins! Given the industry standard of first deposit bonus is 100% match, i reasonably expected this bonus to mean 100% + 50 free spins which is a good first deposit bonus but not out of the ordinary in any stretch of the imagination.

it was a Free spins offer that was 100% up to 50 free spins. Because the free spins amount is dynamic we find using this phrase 100% up to 50 free spins works really well.
We have been using it now for some time and the OP was the only person to complain because he misread the mailer and assumed it was a bonus just because he saw the 100%

in the mailer we even go far as to explain the phrase

the actual wording is as follows:

We’ve got a deal just for today that will make your first time deposit extra special!
Get 100% up to 50 Free Spins!
Whatever you deposit we’ll match it with up to 50 Free Spins!

because he assumed there was a bonus owed to him , we gave him one+ the FS from the offer + some more FS for his ''disappointment''

Novice/Newbie players I'd go as far as to say 100/100 that they will understand it this way.

Examples.

Deposit £20 or more today and receive a 100% match instantly (Max Bonus - £50)
((With this I'd expect to put in £20, receive a £20 bonus, total starting balance - £40))

Deposit £20 or more today and receive 50 Free Spins
((With this I'd expect 50 FS for me £20 deposit))


Yes, it is up to us players to read, understand and digest promotions, terms etc and adhere to them, however if they are unclear, overly and unnecessarily complex then once bitten, twice shy and all that.

Players prefer things simple and straight forward and there are threads galore all over the internet which back this up and not just here on CM either.

when you see these words don't you immediately think of a matched amount ?
so if you deposit 20 you would expect 20 free spins

and with respect to your comments on new/newbie players , we get a lot of them and i can tell you they understand it
just like they understand weird language like 100% up to 50 bonus when they see it for the first time

the point is , in this offer the amount of free spins you get varies depending on the size of the deposit you make

Can't they just create a tab in the software called "Bonus Games" which contains all the games you ARE allowed to play whilst on a bonus... they have a tab for new games and favourites and 20 line slots etc etc so it can't be very hard to implement

Casinoroom and StanJames do this . Makes it less stressful to not have to keep checking the list all the time in case you might have accidentally slipped up by playing some game which is inexplicably excluded like SteamTower ?!?!

I thought your previous reply was very civil and make perfectly valid points. No idea why the rep decided to respond in the way that they did but I guess when you're going trying to present an argument that a "100% match bonus of upto 50 free spins" is completely straight forward and makes perfect sense then I guess your options are limited.
