Hello I've been having loads of back and⁰ forths regarding this.

So at first wasn't asked for any documentation but after a few large deposits / wins and with a withdrawal pending my account has been frozen until I supply the documentation.

I understand that they have to carry out there checks but I've never had an experience like this.

I've sent my passport/ tax letter from the hmrc / bank statement within the last 3 months/ another bank statement showing the deposits made / my work payslip showing my wages coinciding with my bank statement and still I'm waiting?

Oh yeah and a picture of the front and back of my bank card that I used to make the deposit

When I message or ask for an update I'm told just to wait?

Has anyone had anything like.this happen to them

Why do people join and post threads like this without naming the casino?
There are thousands of casinos out there, some people will have had it happen to them, some won't. Without the casino name though no one can say for sure.

If you bought something from Argos and it hadn't been delivered within a few days, would you start a thread saying 'I bought something online and it's been delayed, has anyone had it happen to them?' Or would you state it was Argos?

I would say it is more like having a baby and not giving it a name........ Then going to forums to post about it and they say the baby is nameless! People ask in replies. "What is the babies name" To which they keep replying, "We decided to not name it!"

Is it old fashioned to state to casinos, i've provided ID, i'm on the voters roll, and my SOW is the fact my transaction was accepted proving I have the funds I deposited.

I spent £9000 on a cruise in 2019, went through in 1 transaction. Royal Caribbean didn't question if I could afford it, or ask for proof of anything.

I spent £9 on a cruise back in 2018, around Poole harbour and Brownsea Island - again, no SoW or anything before I boarded..
