Verification after deposit

Hi,

So my story goes a followed, I deposit x amount in Rizk casino, okay I play and I double it, I play again and I lose it.
I deposit the same amount in Rizk (them allowing me to deposit) INSTANTLY after I deposit I get hit with verification, still okay (Frustrated at this point that they didnt say verify before you deposit this amount again) I sent in the docs, and 8 hours later I get an email stating "Your account is blocked, send documents to this emailadress"

It frustrates/annoys me so much because they do this after you're allowed to deposit and then good for them, U have to come back because well your money is in there.

This is what I thought but they do soft verification on your credit report I think, cause I could deposit into CasinoEuro without any verification either but if it's not allowed I'd rather have my money back, they said they did the soft verification (CasinoEuro).

Verification at rizk was so ridiculous. After 4 days sending docs and asking when are you done..?? The support agent tells me my name is not on my bank statement... yes it is.. oh okay..... 4 day, nothing done. At this this I realize I.just cant deal with a casino like that.

What happens when you withdraw 15k? Special KYC and chat disconnected party?

Its really unfortunate. Their mobile runs smooth. How can I trust who takes a week to look at a document and didnt find my.name.

What's funny is that I didn't have anything in the account. The guy at document verication really didnt see my name... on top... in capital letters. Didnt write an email... nadaaaa.
