Question Vera & John issues

Off topic but talking of Rep's I see Paddy Power are now accredited again yet the Rep it is showing is the old Rep who has not been here since 2017 . Only mentioning it here since Jelena is looking into Rep's.

Never knew they were accredited again and thought they needed a Rep to be accredited.

That's because they came back to us with interest in working closer to us again and promised to try getting a rep for the forum. Still waiting to hear if they decided about that.

Also, the thing is that some companies, usually big big ones like Bet365 can't publicly post and/or having forum accounts due to the company policy, but it obviously doesn't mean they're not good enough to be in the Accredited section.

What are your thoughts on this? Is this fair in your opinion? Would you expect all accredited casinos to at least have registered rep who logs in periodically (at least) and checks for the issues and messages?

The same with Intercasino and they are not even in the list of accredited casinos.

Inter is in the Accredited list :) But yes, being the same company as Vera and John, doubles my troubles.

ALWAYS make sure you do the KYC / identification procedure before even depositing.
That's what I do when signing up for a new casino.
And I will only start to deposit and play when this is done.

Saves a lot of hassle.

I agree, when a casino is happy to take your deposit straight after registering they should also pay you out.
Some casinos won't ask for ID until you exceed a certain amount of WD's.
But I think they have become scarce with all these new rules and regulations.

My idea would be that you need to KYC first before you can even deposit, just to avoid issues like in OP post.

My thoughts on it are not really important as whether i think it fair or not it's not my call.

Thank's for explaining tho as i always thought that to be accredited they had to have a Rep and forum presence . I actually thought that was the point in being accredited so members could contact the Rep directly if they had any issues at casino. Have never heard of any accredited casino on here before not having a rep.

In fact i am sure that even if they are best casinos out Bryan has removed their accredited status if the Rep has went AWOL and no other Rep has came in so surprised Paddy Power is back Accredited without a Rep. Tho they are a good site.

Not here on the front page, or I've gone blind. That is where I search for them.
Maybe it's not so smart to have Paddy Power as accredited until they have a rep, and that person must of course be someone we can talk to, even if they don't post.

I think so yes - it shows theyre willing to work with members and maxd on forum issues and we know we're in safe hands - i think if they dont have a rep then they shouldnt be listed as accredited as they dont meet accreditation standards - 'They also must have a representative in the Casinomeister forum who can chew gum and walk at the same time. If a casino fails to meet the requirements of an accredited casino, they will come under review and possibly be removed.'

..otherwise it just gives license to all accredited casinos to sod off and show up if/when they want
In these cases maybe a different heading like 'trusted casinos' or some such

My view is they should have a rep, even if they can't post publicly on the forum, the very least should be a rep who can answer PM's. If they don't, then that is what the grey zone is for surely?
Not sure why PaddyPower is allowed to be accredited without one, and I thought any casino that was allowed back had to sort all player complaints first? As far as I'm aware Betfair still didn't pay everyone who lost out here in relation to this : Betfair "Happy Hour" promo - possible solution for UK players

Like I mentioned in today's newsletter, it's Spring cleaning this week at Casinomeister and I will be pulling the weeds.

By the way - looks like I may have found a rep for Vera John and Intercasino. Hopefully more news tomorrow. :D

hmm, maybe not, my bad :p I generally read w/e is sent out via mass mail announcements and forum news. :)

If your in the UK and need a passport for a huge withdrawal you can pay for a same day passport but I would only suggest this if it really huge otherwise you can do the one week passport

I was fine with Casino Rewards being accredited although Renee (their longstanding rep) was not allowed to post publically. In a decade I NEVER saw any player posting she had not got back to them in what I consider a reasonable length of time. I understand at that time it was an exception. I am also quite fine with them no longer being accredited as the bosses did not want to comply with other CM standards.

But since you ask, I think they need a rep who responds to player issues within a reasonable time frame. Not always a resolution, but at least an acknowledgement of beginning to look into the issue. One that reads their email every working day, at least once. And a rep that has an ear to someone in a decision making capability.

Yes - they have a new team that will be taking over the accounts today. :D

Is that the ones using the V&J account? I sent them a p.m yesterday, no reply though.
I have quite a few problems with WD's this week, vague CS, I don't know where to message soon..

edit: I think maybe my Skrill contact sorted it. Second WD went through just now. Not personally please with how all of this was dealt with, but non the less it should be sorted.
