A short opinion about Vera and John casino.
I started playinh there a while ago. Just some small deposits as I already have my favourite casino.
They really do have a very nice casino with a lot of funny and nice bonusoptions.

Especially for the small player, once broke, there is always some way to accumulate points to get some free spins.
Same happened to me. I was broke. Had 10 free spins at Starburst at a 0,10 bet, and managed somehow to make €180 from it.
    Very nice.
Fast payouts and CS is always there.

Downside in my opinion: WITHDRAWS LOWER THEN €50 have a €5 fee. Come on! Take care of your smaller players!

Now, I see this a bit ridiculous. So generous at all aspects but in change this horrible fee.
I went play there a few days ago. Deposited €10. Wanted to play some, but the Netent slots are not available for me anymore because of my location.
Fine, boring, so I withdrew €20 but I just received €15.

Ofcourse, everyone has to read their terms and conditions. I do too, but the headlines and I read the reviews at Casinomeister to choose to play wether or not.

My opinion: scratch that fee! or state it clearly for the players at every withdraw. This way noone will ever be negative surprised.

I think the best way to do this is a short prompt when you make a withdrawal of under 50€ stating that there is a 5€ fee so that there are no unpleasant surprises for the players. The player can either withdraw nevertheless or continue playing until his balance reaches 50€+.

I can share your positive opinion about V&J. I think there whole set-up is very nice for low-/midrollers. You just need to be aware that one should reach this 50€ barrier.

Many casinos have a minimum cashout amount of €100.
Others and most common is €50 I think.

The fact that they are allowing lower amounts are positive IMO. There are fees for them too with both deposits and withdrawals, but I don't know if they are higher for them to pay out low amounts.
If it's possible for them to warn players then they should of course, but if it's in their rules we should read them before we play, as the OP said himself.

i dont agree with that, most casino's have 20 euro min wd , netent or multiplatform casino's definately have lower min wd and dep's than mg casino's or rtg in my experience

Its been said before that £5 charge is a real stinger especially for low rollers,

Most sites I no have a min withdraw of 10 - 20 and some as low as £5 with no charge

Maybe you could give a brief synopsis while you're here of how a player won 20k on St*rb*rst allegedly in 21 minutes from a small deposit.

Sorry to be slightly off-topic, but there are a few of us who would love to know...

These things do happen. I've had from Red Flush, MrGreen and several others, where I couldn't figure out what kind of offer it was.
What was unfortune with this one is that it said 100% at the top.

If it had said 25% noone of you had suspected that it was sent on purpose.
I choose to believe that it was a mistake.
They give out a lot of bonuses and other things so why in the world would they need to trick their customers this time?
A bad casino are doing that but this isn't one of those.

I think a lot depends on your attitude and your loyalty level.. If you come in "mad" and maybe even are rude that does happen, i seen it enough from members here that posted some of their chats) chances are you are not going to get the offer, or even the starburst spins.

However, if you inquire politely, and maybe even with a little joke, what the rest of the mail surrounding the visible "100%" and "My name" had said, they might have given it to you too. IF you were a loyal player most probably...

I did get the match too, and cashed out a nice 300 from it. Funny thing is last time i got an offer that somehow was not quite correct, they also comped me an extra shot on it, and that too lead to a cash-out. I was a bit miffed then but calmly explained what was wrong with it, and then they were very reasonable.

I am just saying, no matter how frustrated you are with a Casino, for losing, not getting enough comps or loyalty rewards, getting sent misleading or wrong error mails, like this one, or whatnot, remember to always stay polite and remain patient, you may be surprised at how the average level of customer service seems to improve all of a sudden. This may mean not opening the chat in the "heat of the moment" but sometimes waiting a few hours or a day.

The best way to make the Casino know your not happy is stop depositing, and let them approach you, after you have mailed them or chatted with them before, and expressed your feelings about the current rewards. That's how i try to do it, and this seems to work just fine.

    Just a little tip.
