Made an account yesterday and took the 100% WB up to 500 Euros.
Worked without problems, had 500 cash and 500 bonus money. You can cash out everytime your money if you don`t touch the bonus.
Same as the BetAt bonus, which is very fair. If you play with bonus money the ER are 40x B.

There are no game restrictions and no bet limits.

CS is very helpful and friendly. Account verification was done within minutes.

Had a good run with BJ and played up to more than 1750. Cashed out 1000, 500 bonus was removed and had 250 in my account.

Played more BJ and busted quick.

This morning my withdrawal was accepted and the money is on the way.

The casino has a nice bonus system where you can earn points with different actions.
With these points you can buy FS or money for games.
The more you play the higher is your level, I`m level 3 and if I reach level 5 I can have a deposit bonus.
Seems fairer than a lot of other NetEnt casinos I played. If I won in my first sessions I never get anything from them (for example Leovegas, Level 10 and nada. But I know they give bonus to level 10 players:mad:)

Long story short, I will definately come back.

Thanks to VeraJohn for a great evening

well I have had an account for a while now, never a problem BUT if you look in T/Cs properly. their is a term about max bets. no idea if you played b/j at massive bets though. if you did you were lucky...

    2.5.9
Before any withdrawals are processed, the User’s play will be reviewed for any irregular or unusual playing patterns. In the interests of fair gaming, equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting, shall all be considered irregular gaming for bonus play-through requirement purposes. Other examples of irregular game play for bonus play-through requirement purposes include but are not limited to, placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the User’s total balance (including any given bonus) until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met. Should Vera&John deem that irregular game play has occurred, Vera&John reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses

I think its to stop people getting £500-£500 offer. and sticking the whole £500 bonus on a single bet.

That`s right wobble. But I played with my money and didn`t touched the bonus amount.
You first play with your deposit and then with your bonus.

nice one well done! there are a lot of players though who don't click on the sites T/Cs, just the BONUS T/Cs. then come on here saying good god, I lost a lot of money because max bet rule etc etc...

anyone who never clicked on the site T/Cs, they could stick the £500 on high stakes single deck b/j. then if they win lose the bonus. they wont be paid, but you can guarantee someone will come on here and say but I couldn't see that rule

then expect to be paid regardless. so I just thought I would let people know who didn't read the T/Cs properly..

Ive been on a few sites that do that with bonus money, But I just looked all over v&j and keeps saying

    2.5.10.
User can request a withdrawal of their deposited amount without meeting the wagering requirement. Should User choose to do this, User may only withdraw the amount that he deposited, which may or may not have triggered a bonus award, under the terms that the entire bonus sum remains on account or may be withdrawn by Vera&John. For example: User deposits €20 and Vera&John offer a €20 as a deposit bonus. There is then €40 in User’s account. Before meeting the wagering requirements (which usually are 40 times the bonus amount) Users may wish to withdraw their deposited amount (€20). Vera&John will then retract the bonus and any winnings or losses before the withdrawal can be approved. If User has already gambled part of the total balance on the account, User can only request a withdrawal of the remaining amount after the bonus sum has been returned to Vera&John. Vera&John reserves the right to refuse or void any bonus offered to any User for reasons including but not restricted to, abuse by the User.

    Help me out :)

I depost 500 and get the 500 bonus.
First I have to play with my deposit. With these 500 I have no limitations. If I win for example 500 with my deposit I have now 1500 in my balance. If I want to cash out the bonus will be removed and I can withdraw 1000.

If I lose my deposit completely (500) I play with the 500 bonus (WR 40x bonus. 30% maximum bet).
I think it`s the same as the BetAt bonus.

that's correct. leo vegas the same too. regarding BETAT, they changed the wr of their bonuses from x60 to normally now x35-40 when I pointed out these sites are a smaller wr..was good on BETAT to listen to peoples views..

It's a bit convoluted, but seems to mean that it's OK to withdraw your deposit if you have touched the bonus and are still under WR.
It seems a bit odd as to touch the bonus you must have lost your deposit already as cash is played first. The only way this can be relevant is if the bonus is cashed in say 10% increments, but that would mean having lost your deposit you could never cash it out anyway until you had met the whole WR as that would be the only point at which you get the £20 cash or more back again! I must admit it isn't explained too clearly, and that's to a native English speaker!
