    After a lot of effort I finally get thorough to live chat where I explain that I would like a phone call on my phone number.

    That is not available

    I was told someone would call me after tomorrow morning ?????

    Still don't understand. What have a phonecall to do with this forum, or Bryan and them being accredited?

    You can't force anyone to call you and they didn't have the time. What was so important?

    I suspect it's you who will get a warning from this behaviour.

    Okay i must be missing something.

    I read that chat 3 times and I don't see anything rude at all and I thought the CS was more than helpful.

    She explained Luke would call you in the morning and asked if there was anything she could help you with. I actually think she handled the chat very well.

    Also see no reason at all why anyone that uses chat brings casinomeister into it at all.

    The way it reads to me: you log on, ask for a call, the CS confirms you will get one, you agree then you very oddly throw out this line: "I will contact the relevant people regarding your arrogance and ignorance, including Brian. please be aware you're job could be compromised." which comes across firstly as very rude and secondly by bringing CM and Brian into it as threatening too.

    So is some of the chat missing? Was there a history to this and are we getting the full picture because if we are then I don't get why you're upset?

    I should also point out that we have zero-tolerance to players using CM as a blackmail tool. You are not in a position to threaten the accredited status of a casino and it is misleading to tell people that you are influential in that regard. I'm surprised that as a long term member here you haven't come across this before and even if you haven't, surely you recognise that using this community to threaten a casino is not the right way to get a problem solved?

    Chat CS usually operates multiple chats at same time, so that they can serve another customer while other customer is typing their reply. So to call someone, one chat CS would have to put all their chats on pause or not take anymore chats until they've all finished and then make the call. In addition to that, when it comes to foreign languages, it is much easier to understand written text perfectly and write, that it is to speak and understand spoken language perfectly. So you can't really demand a chat CS to become a phone CS out of a sudden.
