Velobet (I'm excluded at sister sites)

Hi - really sorry I'm sure this topic has been covered.
I have self excluded from what I think are sister sites to velobet (mystake being one) and I have gamban installed but I could access velobet. I have stupidly fell off the wagon and spent around £9k in 2 hours. I paid via link on the site that linked to my account with face ID. I didnt get any warnings from my bank despite £1k - £3k deposits!!

Not as ever I feel like an absolute skint idiot - do I have any comeback after being self-excluded.

If your bank wants to question the transaction, they will send you secondary challenges... the additional authentication methods (2FA SMS, bank app etc) allow them to ensure you are you, and thus there is less reason for them to flag transactions outright which is what you are perhaps expecting.

The sites are "licensed" (I use that term loosely - it's a business license not a gambling license) in one of the weakest jurisdictions possible, and there is an active CM warning against some or all of the sites in the group for predatory behaviour regarding responsible gambling practices.
