Vegastowers locked my account No reason!

I purchase $50 with Neteller last month.Play Blackjack a while.next day when I log in.My account have been locked.

Yesterday I Email the Vegastowers Casino.

Can you give me a reason.Why locked my account.I dont know why my
account have been locked.

As we do not disclose the exact details of how fraudulent accounts are identified, the Customer Service Consultant was quite correct in his reply to her. Unfortunately there is not a more service orientated answer one can give in such a case.

The purchase has been refunded back to the Neteller account but the casino account will definitely remain locked.
