I won 189 000 € in roulette on 28th January at VegasHero casino (Genesis Global Ltd)
My account is verified and I have sent them all the documents required.
They have investigated my account 5 months so far. No reason given.
I have talked to customer service via phone and live chat but they don't respond my e-mails.
Casino avoid giving any information (or reason not to pay out winning) in written form.
I have seen lot of similar complaints at various other sites about Genesis Global Ltd owned casinos (Casino Cruise, Spinit, VegasHero, Sloty, Genesis casino) not paying winnings to players.
