VegasFrontier.com (RTG)... A new roguester!

Nope Jetset, I have not involved Montana into this one yet as I had hope to resolve this by myself before bringing it up to them.
I will not hesitate much longer here though.

montana

Correct me if i am wrong, but isnt it montana who should be contacted first about this matter. I mean bryan isnt currently answering to RTG complaints, atleast before montana has tried to resolve the dispute, correct?
Also i think montana has proved to be quite a good service, because atleast all my disputes, have been paid ;)..

What you say above is certainly not wrong, Kava. I am just always trying to handle (RTG) disputes by myself up to the point where nothing works anymore in order to get me paid.

I answer the PABs as time permits. I've resolved a number of RTG complaints this past week without any Montana involvement. But yes - I would prefer players to contact them first since they are being PAID to do this. I'm not.

Make them earn their money :D

I am bumping this thread as my frustration about the whole issue has been neverending!

After endless excuses and wrong promises by their ex- affiliate manager "Lorne" about a "soon resolution of my case" I came to the point whn I had to forward this whole dispute to the hands of Montana Overseas.

Unfortunately I stepped in the worst trap back then as back then as I was not aware that Montana only accepts disputes which are not older than 60 days. Lorne thereby perfectly pushed up the Casino's limit to the max. As soon as I filed my complaint with Montana they told me that they are not willing to look into this matter anymore due to the few months that Lorne "took away" from me.

Not to much later Vegas Frontier got bought by noone else but Mr. Oliver Curran who of course refused to take any responsibility about my payment as well. I then realized that Vegas Frontier displayed the Kahnawanke-logo on their homepage, which caused me to file my dispute with them.
Almost needless to say, Kahnawake still have not cared to give me a response after months, other than that I "will be contacted by them shortly" once every few weeks.

As of today I am still owed $4790 by this outfit.

Vegas Frontier has closed its doors now and got turned into Crystal Palace.

This is a warning that Mr. Curran does not only apply his known "Curran trick" but also still does not care to honor other legit withdrawals!
I am not going to let this rest until I am paid.

I might be mistaken (entirely possible) but didn't Vegas Frontier (RTG) morph to become Vegas Country (MGS)?

I think ergopro is correct. I still get emails from them almost on a daily basis which always go into my spam folder.

Sorry, you are correct... They are Real Vegas now, a sister of Crystal Palace.

Mr. Curran, you are intended to make a (public) statement sbout my payment?

bump
I could not believe it when I just found a letter from their sister Casino, Crystal Palace, in my mailbox!
Unfortunately it was not a cheque for my payment but rather a new attempt in order to try to get even another deposit of me in.... Of course along with a bonus......

I have just phoned Kahnawanke again as I am now in the strong mood to finally get rid of my outstanding disputes so the bashing can stop!
Unfortunately the person that deals with this is not in office yet but should be there in about three hours. I will call again later tonight and see what they have been able to find out.
