Hi there guys,

Any players from vegacasino21 ? The website www.vegacasino21.com can't be accessed and the casino server can't be connected anymore. Are they closed?
They still owe me more than $9000 USD and they can just closed like that? Isn't that illegal and stealing?

@shahran84: I assume this means you are abandoning your Pitch-A-Bitch against VC21? Not that it was getting anywhere but it would have been respectful if you had let me know before you ignored the advice given in the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ and posted.

Hi Maxd,

I thought you are the one that advice me to ask the forum about vegascasino21 closure?? You told me that people in the forum might know them better.. I guess you've forgotten. So you need me to remove this thread ?
Sorry, coz it's been many months since I've received a word from them. Very disappointed, I'm one of their VIP players, you know. :(

Did I? My bad if so, sorry about that. Too many cases on the go at once I guess.

Either way my next step is going to be to issue a Casinomeister Warning against these guys for non-cooperation. That will have to wait until I'm back at Max HQ later today or early tomorrow.

Welp, it may help if you have the correct link. Not that it would help you get your money, but if you enter it as www.vegascasino21.com you are able to enter the website. These guys are notorious for not paying out. Here is the link you gave www.vegacasino21.com it's missing the S. Perhaps that's why you were unable to visit the website.

EDIT: While the website seems to be working, if you try and download the casino you are greeted with a page full of errors. The website is alive and well though. Oh, you can find support number though in case you wanted to call them about your money. Just sayin.

Hey there,

Previously, it's not working. Now, the website is online back again. However, the program still does not connect to the server. "Error connection to the server". I'm not sure if they are closed or still running,
they seems quiet. I'm one of the highest ranks VIP players and they treat me like this, I wonder how they treat the rest. Never inform me anything about the server down or etc.. so sad. :(

Me too

Their software is not working (I have it downloaded) and I am among their victims. They have robbed me of around 3k, but it's my fault for playing there. They have been truly unethical and dishonest in my case but leave it to say they are ROGUE all the way.

They can do that huh ? Rob your 3K and just leave the building? Nothing can be done? This is simply unfair and terribly WRONG. :(

Yes they can and yes it is.

Anybody playing at Winpalace or top game might find themselves in a similar position very soon.

True that! I have no risk since I closed my Winpalace account ions ago and I don't like Top Game software, so no risks for me. That said, I think there are valid concerns that these places are very risky to play at.

No they are not. (speaking about our brands of course).

Have no intention to go anywhere.

Mayflower casino will be closed and all funds paid. No effect on our main brands.

Not only that but we will launch new brands that we are working on, so no need to worry.

[strike]No offense Daniel but my experience with the PABs differs.

I've had serious, and in many cases unresolved, issues with pretty much every one of your casinos. Until that legacy is put to bed I'd say you're a little premature with your "we're good" proclamations.[/strike] My bad, see below.

Also, FWIW, see VegasCasino21: no pay, left the building.

Hi Max,

If i understood correctly is that VegasCasino got closed... And that's what Nifty was referring to.

Regarding unresolved issues: as far as I know we had one issue of non payment throughout the whole time of our existence. In this one specific case the debate was regarding the issue of max cashout on free chip: the player was paid according *5 the bonus amount ($750) while he had won $1500). we discussed it with you but haven't reached full agreement: we said that there was max cashout limit, while the player said that it was after the wagering requirements were met.

After that case we've updated our terms according to what you have requested.

If there is any other case that I'm not aware of- please let me know.

Best regards,
Daniel

AFAIK we've got at least the following Warnings still on the books for unresolved player issues:

[strike]VegasCasino21: no pay, left the building[/strike] obviously not applicable to danielg, my bad.
[strike]Slots Jackpot: no pay, Support non-responsive[/strike] make that Slots Jungle bonus Terms persist after WR met, which has since been Withdrawn.

I'm pretty sure there are other issues too. When I have a chance I'll dig them up and forward them to you. But like I said, the book ain't closed, not with those Warnings unaddressed.

Hi Max,

I think we just missunderstood each other. I was refering to Niftys post, not to the title of the thread (since both of these brands not related to us).

Thank you,
Daniel

Oy vey, getting some of my wires crossed here, will/have amended my posts accordingly.

Basically yes, I have had trouble with several of your casinos in the past -- primarily Mayflower, Casino Titan and Slots Jungle -- but at this point I'll stand down from the "unresolved issues" bit until I've had a chance to go over the records carefully to be sure of what I say.

Hi Max,

Thank you.

I think the only issue that was pending is that Max Cashout on free chip that was solved since.

Please let me know if you see something else.

Best regards,
Daniel

They are also prolific spammers. There is NO way they could have legitimately gotten hold of my email address, let alone permission to send umpteen "newsletters" and other misleading offer material to it. Although likely to be affiliate related, the fact that it is so disproportionately bad with this one small outfit's brands demonstrates the lack of ethics on the part of their affiliates coupled with a lack of policing on the part of the program.

The only group to match them in sheer volume of content is Casino Rewards and their cross marketing, but at least they have a legitimate reason for having hold of my information, and it could also be argued that the offers are not necessarily spam since they are promotions to an existing player.

Affactive is not random spam either, as it comes to one specific email address of three, so they must have bought it somewhere (which means someone else was naughty by selling it), or it has been supplied to their affiliates in general on a "master mailing list" by someone.

There are numerous issues like this that don't seem to count because Affactive sees them as "normal practice", rather than issues that need to be addressed.

As for that max cashout argument, how come there WAS an argument in the first place, let alone problems coming to an agreement. It suggests the term was sneaked in under cover, rather than being made clear to the player from the outset, hence the player felt the term had simply been plucked out of thin air in order to "shave" his win, rather than a term that was being applied to everybody.

These max cashout rules cause more trouble between players and casinos than they are worth, and shouldn't even be necessary unless they were needed to limit the negative effects of some other "funkiness" in the way promotions were offered and applied that could NOT be catered for naturally by the house edge of the games.

Reputable softwares like Microgaming seem to get along fine with NO max cashout restrictions on ANYTHING offered to regular players, and no feature win caps on the slots either (unlike RTG which caps at around 2000x stake). Microgaming bonuses are cashable too, not phantom like the majority of RTG ones.

As a whole, this gives the appearance that these rules are designed to allow an RTG casino to run with a much lower float than statistically viable under the natural and uncapped variances of the games. Low weekly or monthly gross withdrawal allowances also serve to limit the short term downward "spike" in the variance applied to the float from a few big winners all wanting their money at the same time.

A well funded operation needs none of this short term "trickery" to protect it's float from running dry, as it has enough available to pay big wins in full, and make a steady return from the house edge over the long term.
