AFTER NUMEROUS EMAILS FOR 2 DAYS REQUESTING MY CASHIN BE SENT TO MY FIREPAY ACCOUNT ASAP. I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL TELL ME THAT FIREPAY WILL NOT LET THE CASINO DEPOSIT INTO U.S. ACCOUNTS.

FIREPAY'S WEBSITE SITE SAYS TRANSFERS FROM CASINOS WILL BE ALLOWED FOR 10 DAYS FOLLOWING SIGNING OF THE BILL.

AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT FIREPAY. THEY HAVE YET TO TELL ME IF THEY ACTUALLY ISSUED SUCH A STATEMENT AND IF SO, IF INCLUDES ALL CASINOS OR JUST ROXY PALACE AND VEGAS SPLENDIDO.

THE ONLY SURE WAY AT THE MOMEMT OF GETTING OUR MONEY IS BY CHECK AND IF I HAVE THEM SENT ME MY CHECK FOR $800.00 VIA COURIER IT IS GOING TO COST ME$25.00. I ASKED THEM TO SEND IT FIREPAY AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS(BECAUSE I HAVE A FEELING IT WOULD BE ACCEPTED) BUT THEY SAID THEY WOULD NOT DO IT. I THINK IT IS THEIR OWN POLICY THAT BECAME EFFECTIVE YESTERDAY.

FOR THAT REASON I ASKED THE $25.00 TO BE WAIVED. AFTER PLAYING AT ROXY PALACE FOR 2 YEARS AND SPLENDIDO FOR 6 MONTHS AND BEING A VIP AT ROXY PALACE. THE ANSWER WAS "we can not waive the $25.00 fee)

I WOULD SAY IF ANYONE IS STILL DEPOSITING AT ANY CASINO RIGHT NOW, THEY ARE REALLY STICKING THEIR NECK OUT.

I POSTED A QUESTION EARLIER "WILL CASINO STALL CASHINS IN AN EFFORT TO GETTING OUT OF PAYING ONCE THE BILL IS PAST".?

MY ANSWER IS I WOULDN'T BE SURPRISED AT ALL. THEY WILL HAVE U.S. PLAYERS OVER A BARREL.

NETELLER STAYING IN THE U.S. MARKET

Key element in the online gambling industry mix

With a turbulent industry week drawing to a close, Neteller announced the welcome news that it has no iontention of pulling out of American market and will continue to provide services for US players.

The alternative payment processor registered with the financial regulatory authorities on the Isel of Man stated this (Thursday) morning that it would continue to operate as normal in the US.

The company said it expects to have a clearer view of how it will comply with the Unlawful Gambling Enforcement Act following the 270-day period after the Act is signed. During this time, the Acts regulations will be drafted.

Neteller said it would maintain existing customer and merchant support across all the markets it currently serves.

Delegates at the European Interactive Gaming conference in Barcelona received the same view from Neteller's Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing Bruce Elliot, who told an audience of online gaming executives: "We are staying in the U.S. I don't think we have a problem."

Another senior Neteller executive at the conference told several reporters: "We are completely committed to the U.S."
