Over a year ago we received a PAB case where a player had won a €13,000 jackpot at Vegas Regal, had received a small portion of it (€2000) whereupon the casino claimed "irregular play" and stopped paying. They would not respond to the player so the player came to us.
Since the casino was listed as "Not Recommended" we followed our usual procedure which was to submit the PAB to them and hope for the best. Nothing came of it. Several months later the player came back to us and requested that we try again. We did .. and got nothing. No acknowledgement of the issue, no reply at all. As it stands the casino still holds some €11,500 of the player's money without explanation or, as far as we can see, justification.
