after more than 6 months i sign up vregal , i succeed in one of the free promo ,
(they have alot i add) , had them onchat prooved WR , and than close the account , the represetative did not reply to my pm . the issue occure with a no deposit bonus , they have recieved document , and the argument is 50 dollars . to your notice guys. and also 2 times on the phone - 40 minutes averags waiting .

First of all, how long did you give the Vegas Regal Rep. to respond? A day, an hour, two days? Secondly, you already posted about this. I've been bonus banned and had my account locked at just about every Rival. Nicholas, the Rep., has been one of VERY few to see through the Rival system, has never locked my account, gives tons of freebies and promotions. Like I said in your other thread, if it can be fixed, he will fix it.

If anything can be done Nicolas will get to the bottom of it, i myself have had a few ND withdrawals and paid with no problems, this is a good casino and a darn good Rep to boot:thumbsup: imo............laurie
