I can see Vegas Regal is not at the Rogue Pit anymore, is there a way to get paid the Jackpot I have won there.

If I remember correctly this particular casino was selling "shares" of its casino before opening. Here is the thread but the link to the shares for sell is no longer valid. https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/brand-new-rival-casino.29162/

I wonder if they actually ever sold any "shares" of their casino. If they did, I bet the "shareholders" aren't very pleased.

Its a damn shame the Rival brand can't control their operators any better than they do. I put their software above RTG and right below Microgaming. The only problem is that there is no where reputable enough for American players to play.

Good luck getting your money but if MaxD cant get a response pretty much all he can do it rogue the clip shot joint. If you could find out who the shareholders are (good luck with that) then your might be able to get somewhere. Start calling them out. :D

I can't remember what the PAB key is  does your red PAB with a cross on it mean you had an unsuccessful PAB with an non-accredited casino?
If so, you probably can not go that route. Though it would still be worth your while sending a PM to Maxd to ask.

I agree - it's a damn shame that most softwares don't seem to have the desire to make sure their licensees all behave reputably - and I'm NOT just talking about Rival here. MG certainly seem to be the leaders in this area.

What happened to Vegas Regal is also a terrible shame; they were once one of the best Rival casinos and had a very active and helpful rep here on the forum (Nicolas Johnson), but things seemed to go downhill after he left the casino in March 2010 to join Bet Phoenix (RTG at the time - but now Rival). I blacklisted Vegas Regal on my site in July 2011 after they denied winnings to 2 German players despite the fact that they played totally within the rules of the bonuses they were using. (There's threads about that somewhere on this forum - Oooops! Just realised this IS one of those threads!).

Vegas Regal was in the Not Recommended section because of being a Rival white label casino. In most cases, white label casinos are poorly funded, crappily managed, and are an accident waiting to happen. I removed this list of casinos after thinking I was being unfair to the exceptions of the rule.

I see you have already PABd for a non-accredited casino (rogue one at that), thus the on-shot-rule applies. But if you submit your PAB today, I'll waive this rule since I'm curious to what the casino has to say.

FTR, OP's prior PAB was for Vegas Regal, I believe he's hoping to see that same PAB resurrected.

I see. Turns out the casino never responded. We didn't press them for an answer since they were in the pit.

We'll resubmit it and see what they come up with.
