Vegas Regal Cash out is turning into a nightmare.

Ok so i go back, yes I am a persistent little chick lol and i get someone different when i was hoping i would get the same live chat agent. Anyway needless to say... my 1 1/2 year old grandson can do a better job at answering my quetions. It is just a shame that casinos act the way they do. Just wanted to let everyone know I am so disgusted with Vegas Regal. I simply went to live help to ask about my two emails I sent management and I was rudely cut off and our session ended. I feel that they are going down hill and have to agree with lots of other people about them. I will not give them anymore of my money what so ever. I will go to another rival where I am treated like a customer instead of a animal. I hope the new affiliate manager if there even is one sees this as someone needs to.

Well from reading this Thread. I see a lot of members tried to warn you. But you decided to continue to play there. So I guess the saying is true. A hard head does make a soft behind. :D
 
If this is pointed at me, I sure dont use comcast as my email. Why? Maybe that is why I havent got a reply. I get it now lol

For some strange reason, Comcast has selectively screened some of my emails so I don't receive them. I've verified a couple different ways that I'm not getting every email but I will not be contacting Comcast.

While I still feel comfortable at Vegas Regal, I haven't been playing there that much, not many freebies anymore. And I cashed out $700 on a free $50 the last I remember. Just want to give other places a chance, there have been so many. One in particular that I like is Sahara Sands. On $50 free welcome chip, I made playthrough, and cashed out $250, reversed and cashed out $1000. Had more, but first time can only take out $1000. They paid me very quick. I am so glad I had Quicktender, because no money in bank to set up ewalletxpress. And no other way to get paid. I am pretty impressed by the casino and very disgusted with myself for not letting one penny get to my bank. Next time. This is taking forever, but some day I will master the art of doingthe right thing. I have so much more to say, but I'm so tired. Thanks for having me back. Now my withdrawal was made 50 hours ago and nothing happens, since now is weekend, i have to wait at least another 3 days and then we are on day 5.

I have no problem with it, but when they can do it even within 10 hours, why can't they do this again so fast. I don't understand for which reason they make such delays, because i've flushed directly my withdrawal and will certainly never reverse it.
 
ok forget these 5 days cashouts, now it looks like they need 9 days to make a cashout, because i've made my withdrawal last wednesday!!!!!

btw. the chat support totally sucks, because first he wasted only my time for nothing, but look what intelligence sentences he wrote me:

(5 minutes after i've asked my question, when i'll get my withdrawal) "1. One moment please. (again after 5 minutes) 2. Your patience is appreciated. (after another 5 minutes) 3. finally after another 3 minutes i got only this unsatisfying answer:

"Your transaction is currently being processing and would be completed during this week up to this Thursday or Friday."

what a joke and certainly another Rival Casino which will be directly uninstalled and never played again!

my last 2 cashout was approved within only 10 and 20 hours!

One week, the casino is paying out within 24 hours, the next week its 14 days, then its back to 2-5 days, then its 10 days, and in some cases a month. Its like you're gambling twice - once on the games, and again on how long it will be before you see your winnings.

If that doesnt tell you to stay away, then I dont know what will.

It also suggests periodic cashflow issues. This could be down to a small "float", and when the balance turns in favour of the player base as a whole (withdrawals exceeding deposits), they temporarily run short of money, and have to queue pending withdrawals until their coffers refill. When players are doing badly, the float is healthy, and payments go back to 24/48 hours because there is no need to queue pending withdrawals whilst awaiting further funds.

The float may well be Rival as a whole, not just an individual casino. Recently, there was a "bust up" between Vanguard/Slots Power and Rival, and the main reason cited was that Rival performed so poorly that the operators were losing players, and finding it hard to recruit new ones, so they terminated the relationship by closing the casino altogether, whereupon Rival took it over, reopened it again on a new domain, and pretend it is still "business as usual" for players.

SOMETHING seems to be going horribly wrong with Rival, and those who should know are contradicting each other's statements - not a good sign.
 
small guestion about vegasregal i have to send any verification döcüments for cashout whit neteller ?allso i m depoziter player (neteller) i cant found any faxback form on banking page and my cashout still processing

This is what it says in Vegas Regal's general T&Cs:

Thanks for info,normaly i got my all cashout from another rivals (pantasia,süperior,davinci,paradise8)whitout any döcüments but i m talking about 2 years a go whatever i can send my all döcüments
