Slow Pay Vegas Red/fastengine

Hi all, I have a problem with Vegas Red delaying payment- over 2 weeks now. they keep telling me my payments haven't been processed/outstanding. I sent them an email from Idebit showing my account is up to date and in good standing. I'm concerned now because I deposited about $750 chasing losses, was lucky to win my money back and just want to cash out. I played at Tropez a cupple months ago and they paid me, took about 2 weeks but they didn't give me the same excuse. Is their a rep from fastengine here?
I plan on doing a PAB as I have proof of all transactions.

I recieved an email today with an apaulogy from Vegas Red that my letter will be sent to the financial Dept. and my payments should be processed, I will keep this thread updated until I get paid.
 
I had a moment of weakness reversed-and blew the lot ($25 a spin on a night out), They don't owe me anything now.

Now you know why (most) casinos have pending periods and make the w/d process as convoluted as possible. Shame. The psychology is that if you doubt the w/d process and have issues along the way, subconsciously you will rid yourself of the 'problem' by losing it.:mad:

Very true dunover. Please let's stick to casinos where you can flush your withdrawal or only have to wait 1 day at the most...
