Hi all, I have a problem with Vegas Red delaying payment- over 2 weeks now. they keep telling me my payments haven't been processed/outstanding. I sent them an email from Idebit showing my account is up to date and in good standing. I'm concerned now because I deposited about $750 chasing losses, was lucky to win my money back and just want to cash out. I played at Tropez a cupple months ago and they paid me, took about 2 weeks but they didn't give me the same excuse. Is their a rep from fastengine here?
I plan on doing a PAB as I have proof of all transactions.
