Here is my horrible story with Vegas Red casino. I was not sure about this casino since it is part
of Europartners group and they don't have a great reputation. However , I decided to give them a try.
I deposited 50 and got 60 bonus..Actually I did not pay attention to those 10 euro additional bonus and took it
as a part of casino's generosity. And now it starts- rogue casino at its best.
As it turned out those 10 euro bonus had a special term for it: maximum and minimum withdrawal of 100 euro.
It is added automatically without any claim by player. So at the moment I got that bonus- I could not win
more than 100 euro. Off course- I could not know that. I played and was lucky not to win more than 100 euro- I only won 70.
My withdrawal was declined. After a query I was explained that I cannot withdraw more than 100 euro. This
means that they use that 10 euro bonus as a trick not to pay when somebody wins more or less than 100 euro with a match deposit bonus.

Anyway to withdraw at least 100 I was obliged to play more to get my winnings from 70 to 100. I succeeded to do that.

Several days later - a second trick: the casino did not like the way I made a wager. Although I played allowed games only-
I was told I need to wager 2000 more in a different way. So that was a second trick. No choice- I wager 2000 more on pai gow poker and get my balance to 300.Of those 300 I can only get 150 (of them 50 my deposit) because of 10 euro bonus trick. Anyway I make those 2000 and withdraw again.

Then it is a silence of 6 days and I write to casino. The reply is - you need to wager 200 more. They did not inform me about this- just waited until
I ask them. Ok ok. I wager 200 more and withdraw.
And then comes the last part- I am asked to send my notarized documents to Philippines.
They did not even ask for scanned copies before that. This means I need to pay for international mail delivery and for notarization of my documents- all from my 100 euro winnings!!!
So many dirty tricks and at the end-provide them with notarized docs to Philippines.

Now look at this situation and explain me WHY THIS CASINO IS NOT ROGUED UNTIL NOW???

1. Its disgraceful behaviour, but par for the course for this lot.

2. You only have yourself to blame:

I was not sure about this casino since it is part
of Europartners group and they don't have a great reputation

I have no sympathy for players who deposit at places they KNOW are dodgy, just because they offer a higher % bonus.

Its different when it is an uninformed noob, but you've obviously been around a while and heard the bad feedback.

I doubt Max can help, but you can always ask.

In addition, did you not ask/check what the extra $10 bonus was BEFORE you played? Golden Rule is NEVER accept ANY bonus unless you know EXACTLY what it is and what TERMS are attached.

@Lendelo7: I don't remember this casino off the top of my head but it sounds like this should be investigated so yes, do submit your PAB. Once I have your details I dig into it a bit and let you know how things look.

Yes, that is the group (I call them Euro Partners by the name of their affiliate program).
I have submitted PAB today. I think the gamblers should be warned about what they may experience playing at these casinos.

Ah, found them: they're on the "No Can Do" list under Hardway Investments. Apparently that's changed and now it's Imperial E-Club Limited. Sounds like a rebranding effort because the properties owned are pretty much the same. Anyway, worth a shot.

@Lendelo7, check your email, I've described there what the situation is and what service we can offer you. In order to give your PAB half a chance I've retitled your thread. No point in pissing the casino off before we even get started.

Just to let you know I had a similar problem a while back, and now I know this wasn't wasn't an isolated incident but more like a common practice for this group. I played at Bellini BTW.

First I got this email :

"This is Nicole from the Casino Bellini Support Team.

The email your received is a confirmation that you already meet your wagering requirements for the bonus that you received.

Thank you and have a nice day!"

But when I requested a cashout, after few days I got this:

"You recently requested a withdrawal after receiving a bonus.

Please note, however, that you did not comply with our bonus policy, either by not wagering the minimum required total bets or by wagering on excluded games (please review the list of excluded games at
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
).

We have therefore declined your withdrawal request and returned the withdrawal amount to your account. You are kindly asked to wager an additional €1,033.08 in allowed games before requesting another withdrawal."

Back then, I didn't think much of it and went bust later on, while trying to complete this additional wagering.
Now I can see I might've been taken for a ride. No more Euro Partners for me.

Casino was given the PAB details, responded that they would not discuss this players case. When asked whether this was standard policy they said they do not discuss player issues but that players were free to contact the casino for assistance.

Clearly they still belong on the NCD list.

Sorry your all going to shout here. I dont see how this was a trick.

Every online gamer knows that if there is a deposit bonus added then there is WR.

Its not hard to go on to live chat and have that removed. As soon as you press the start button your tied in to the Bonus.

Also all this is in their terms of the bonus.

You say they dont like the way you wagerd your bonus. How did you wager it if you dont mind me asking. If games like Roulette were allowed and you did the old red and black game or similar things on other games then that could be why they are pissed off and some casinos dont allow certain gameplay.

I think you're missing the point here.

There was TWO bonuses added simultaneously, with TWO different WR AND conditions attached. The customer was only aware of ONE bonus being added.

Yes, the player might have asked what the extra $10 was for, but there is NO way one would think that a reputable operator would impose TWO sets of terms to the same bankroll.

It is outright ROGUE behaviour.

It is immaterial how they played roulette or any other game, as long as it wasn't specifically excluded in the ORIGINAL terms of the FIRST bonus. Adding a second bonus on top can be none other than a deliberate attempt to fleece players out of legitimate winnings. If this was NOT their intention, then BOTH bonuses would have had the same terms attached.

Do you promote them by any chance?

It was about more than WR there was a max/min withdrawal attached to the extra 10 bonus

No matter how he wagered the bonus unless it was clearly specified that he should not play in the way he did how could he have known?

What about all the delays in telling him or not! what they were waiting for next !?

Do you promote this casino on your site or something? I certainly wouldn't play there.

And if anything does go wrong every individual is on their own which suits the casino just fine !

Have a look at the time difference.

3 minutes between posts means Borgie would not have SEEN what I posted BEFORE they posted, as they were probably typing it up etc.

Don't get your knickers in a knot. Nobody was trying to make you look like an idiot.....it was just a simple question. That's all. People sometimes do that when one defends the indefensible. As it turns out, you just didn't read the thread thoroughly, so the question became pretty much moot.

hah...Ray used to play at one of those casinos - the last time was a few years ago when they gave him an unasked for $2 bonus when he deposited and then stuck him with some massive wagering on his deposit. He got lucky and won a whole pile - he'd been playing for several days, but when he tried to cash out they told him he still had some huge amount in wagering to complete.

He was like, "What? How can that be, I've been playing for days and I only got a $2 bonus?" and that's when they told him that it was his deposit that was subject to wagering and also that, "Unfortunately any progressive games (which was pretty well the only thing he played during those few days) don't count toward WR."

Pretty sneaky IMO.

Oh grief nobody is trying to intimidate you ! I suggest you read threads a little more carefully - had you done so none of this would be happening right now ! Nobody said you should not post anyway !

I'd say it's more than just being sneaky - sounds like outright theft to me. Let's say you deposit $100 and get a $2 bonus that comes with a 30x deposit + bonus wagering...I guess you can imagine the rest of the story.
