Vegas Partner Lounge bonuses -- what does this mean?

The new Microgaming bonus system is widely in place now, with some variation from one casino or group to another, and while the high wager requirements should offer protection against bonus hunters, there seems to be some concern over the typical provision allowing players to cash out their deposit+winnings and forfeit any remaining bonus.

Vegas Partner Lounge casinos include this item in their promotional T&C's:

"Any cashin request before the minimum wagering requirements are fulfilled in full (as defined above in point 2) will result in the bonus being removed and/or your cash-in will be token refunded to your casino account."

I don't follow. It's understood that the bonus will be removed, but I certainly wouldn't want my cash-in reversed.

Has anyone tried withdrawing early? I e-mailed an inquiry to support, but the reply didn't address my question.

Thanks.

P.S. VPL casinos are Crazy Vegas, Sun Vegas, Cinema, 777 Dragon, Maple, and Casino US.

Basically they return the funds to your account (reverse the withdrawal) and warn you that your bonus will be forfeited if you choose to proceed with the wdw.

You can just send an email back and tell them to process the wdw or you could probably just initiate another wdw on your own and they would get the point.

I played at Grand Bay with their EZ Bonus system which clearly states that you can withdraw at any time and forgo the bonus. I won quite a bit and had also eaten up 20% of the bonus. When I withdrew of course they took the rest of my bonus. I even had them flush my withdrawal which they gladly did. Two days later when it was not in my Firepay account I went back into the casino and they had reversed it back into my account. I called and they told me that I had not met the WR! I read them what it said on the website and she continued to argue with me. I shot an email off to management and went ahead and played. CS told me that I had satisfied 2750 out of 3000, which that seemed odd in that only $20 of the $100 bonus had gone into my cash account. I ended up busting out and have NEVER heard a word from management. No email response from anyone. It has been over 10 days. I really like the way the casino is set up but I will never deposit there again. I think I am right and that CS was wrong but if they do not respond to an inquirey from their customer Forget Them! I have used Bellerocks EZ system and it works great

What other casino group have I been reading about that is doing the same thing? Was it Casino Action? I am really getting pissed off about this.

What is the point of using the EZBonus system if players can't cash out their balance when the banking software says it's withdrawable?? When the T&C says you can 'withdraw your balance at any time'??

Casinos want their cake and eat it too! They're just not happy unless they're in total control of our money and we are MADE to lose or do the 30x bonus thing!

I haven't run into this problem yet, but when I do, I'm filing with eCogra. These casinos are perverting the EZBonus system, confusing players, and are not following their own T&C!

Grrrrrr.....

P.S. ... I advise anyone who uses bonuses at Grand Prive casinos to be very careful .... They don't like winners who cash out on a regular basis, they offer a great many bonuses, but will label players as bonus abusers even if you adhere to their T&C. And if you have a problem and they don't want to deal with it, they ignore you.
