Was waiting for my weekly cash back on losses, they used to refund ten percent of your losses, and have done so for many years. I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years.
They never even advised of this change, this in spite of sending me a t least 10 emails a week.

This on top of the recent performance of micro gaming software, has caused me to close up my account and move on.

One suggestion - 32Red.

I appreciate that everyone plays where they win or feel comfortable. There is no other MGS Casino that comes remotely close to 32Red in terms of service and bonuses. They pay realllllly fast too.

Any agreements I have had with 32Red have always been honored, even if I did not play for a year (Territorial Restrictions) ... I have had offers changed with other Casinos, but not at 32Red ....
