Well, here is the story. Today I deposited 40$ via MB to receive beautiful 200% bonus in Vegas Palms. It was 120$ on my balance after receiving the bonus. Well, I played on European roulette Gold, had some lucky streak and won smthng about 170$ (290$ on my balance - 210$ in cash and 80$ in Bonus). So i decided to withdraw not completing the WR. As I know (for MG casinos) - you can withdraw your winnings at any time, whether you have met the wagering requirements on the bonus or not. I wanted to clarify it and contacted Live Chat operator. But he told me that I will lost all my winnings if I request money before completing the WR!!! WTF??? Please give me correct info - can I withdraw before completing the WR or not?

the majority of mg's do not allow the early cashouts anymore iirc. the only mg bonus i play these days is 32red, just for this reason, 300x on bj is not very favourable compared to a flat 1000/1500 on any game. the thing is they (other mg's) left in all the ezbonus wording, but just add that you MUST complete wagering to cashout. i noticed this at dash and was very confused because it clearly says the cash is always yours, and they brag how clear and easy it is, but they also say wagering is mandatory. quite lame if you ask me, but they were getting killed by whores and also just casual players and they gotta look after theirs

SlotMonster: Thank you for your PM. I have sent you a reply to your questions contained in this post but for the benefit of other forum members I am posting the essence of my mail to you.

Happeygobrokey is quite correct that we do not allow "early cashouts" and under our terms and conditions You must register/login in order to see the link. we provide for this under clause 5 which reads: " If you attempt a withdrawal before fulfilling all the play-through requirements of the Welcome Bonus, you will forfeit your cash winnings and Bonus Balance"

The balance is still in SlotMonster's account in order for him to meet the wagering requirements.

    OK

OK, I agree with you, but why on earth you are not changing your SW according to your T&C? :what: Why I was able to see that I can withdraw in ANY time?

P.S. I'm sorry for posting this thread before issue solved, but I thought that I was right

kudos for the fast response FL, but the fact of the matter is that a lot of the mg terms pages and bonus system pages still say that the cash balance is yours to withdraw anytime. i didn't go check yours, but i know at dash they stress how great the bonus system is, only it's not that great since it no longer acts how it's described. the "must playthrough" line is just thrown in, sometimes not even in the same area as where the bonus format is described. that's the rub.

It seems like MG casinos clone each other every time they create new casino. And even T&C (not only SW desing i.e. text, etc.) stay the same as ages ago

I can fully understand where the confusion may come in.

The page you are referring to does indeed state "Your Cash Balance may be withdrawn at any time". This is a standard page across all MG casinos that make use of the automated bonus system and it cannot distinguish between different offers. It is a MG product and we are unable to make any changes to it.

There is a distinct difference in the terms and conditions between new sign-up offers and promotions to existing players. The above point relates specifically to exisiting players and, as a new player, you were subjected to the terms and conditions of the sign-up offer as I stated in my previous post.

We sincerely apologize for this confusion and will approach MG to change the page to, perhaps, include in that phrase the wording "(Applicable to existing player offers only") or anything else that will stop the confusion.

It is extremely confusing for players that are used to MG EZ-Bonuses and then suddenly some casinos have changed the definition of this MG bonus.

And what is the idea that your bonus balance are transfered in 10$ amounts to you cash balance? It makes no sense. The MG bonus was not intended to be misused this way.

And at least make your sure the withdrawal page explains this and not showing the standard EZ bonus rules you decide not to follow.

How do players know what to believe?
Besides IF someone by mistake try to make a withdrawal, it is very roguish behavior to confiscate it all. Put it back on the account and let the player
    clear the wagering requirement.

Maybe MG is not the right platform for you casinos then. I am sure the RTG casino operators club has even more tricks for you how to confiscate player winnings.

This is just how the system works (as supplied by MG)

    Already explained thank you.

We do not confiscate bonuses from bona fide players who display normal betting patterns. We have been through this many times in this forum. In the case of this player, his bonus is still in his account, as I have said.

so had he not had forethought to contact support and just withdrew, you would have reinstated the full balance to continue with? no transcript has been provided here, but the player slotmonster alleges support warned him a cashout now would spell forfeiture of all but the deposit. had there been no communication at the time, would you be granting the benefit of the doubt, or simply returning only the deposit? that is what slotswizard was getting at.

Great news! I glad that we understand one of the other! Cause it's not players fault if they see the text saying him the one thing, and the another thing is in T&C.

The balance is automatically re-instated and the player will receive a mail informing him that it has been done and that he will have to meet the wagering requirements. If the player attempts the cash in again without meeting the wagering requirements it will, again, be re-instated and he will be informed by mail that a further attempt will result in the bonus being confiscated. If the player then, thereafter, attempts to cash in without meeting the wagering requirements only the purchase amount will be withdrawable.

    Ok, see the situation below...

I'm a player. I deposited, received the bonus and started to play. Won some money and now I'm trying to withdraw funds. Ok, I go to "Bank" --> "Withdrawal" and request the withdrawal before completing WR. BAM! balance is automatically re-instated, but I still have no email (like I still have no transcript I requested ages ago) informing me about. WTF! I go to Bank section another time and request withrawal SECOND time...money has gone...and I receive your email...GHrrrrrrrrrr:mad:

I cannot understand your posting as you have not made any attempt to cash in so none of the above would have happened to you.

Are you referring to your own situation here ?

no, he's saying if he didn't know any better and the funds bounced back to the casino balance, that likely a person in that spot would scratch their head and try immediately to cash it out again and thus incur "strike two" a few seconds later. but maybe if you have a holding time, this would not be an issue, not sure if you do?

I expect the breach is discovered after the pending period of 24 hours, and then the funds turn up back in the account.
Sadly, we have been through this before, casinos often fail to E-mail players when such action has been taken. There have been numerous problems posted from players who find their withdrawals constantly bounce back to their accounts, and with no communication as to why, will often try the withdrawal again a few days later.

Since this "is just how the system works (as supplied by MG)", shouldn't this be how it is used?
If WE "tamper" with the casino lobby, and use the casino "other than supplied by Microgaming", WE will be accused of "cheating", "using a robot", etc.... (which usually leads to a loss of bonuses, winnings, or both).

To all businesses, party time is OVER - get used to it!!!!

The consumer is now getting wise to all this "advantage screwing over" of the consumer by big business (simply because business got so greedy the rip-offs became so obvious), and we consumers don't see why we should continue to uphold high moral standards when dealing with such corporate entities, when there morals are on the footpath, if not necessarily the gutter.

On topic (just), I have just seen a documentary that mentioned the rather odd decision to site our UK "supercasino" in the poorest part of Manchester. Property developers have been giving "donations" to the Labour party council holding Manchester Central, this was to take advantage of a legal loophole allowing no interest needing to be declared as these were paid to the party, not an individual councillor. The aim was not just about the casino, it was to push through planning decisions in their favour for huge luxury complexes in the best bits of Manchester, rather than having to build houses for ordinary Mancunians (so called "affordable housing").

Now big business has to reap the harvest it has sown - we just don't trust them any more, not even the big & reputable names. Virtually EVERY once trusted online casino group has done something on a par with this in recent years, so "ordinary" players are unwilling to trust them, and "advantage" players have moral support, as they are simply playing "the game" how it is played by the casino groups themselves, rather than worrying too much about what is "fair".

US Brits are now being "screwed over" yet again, this is another of those "phone scams", and shows companies have persuaded our OFCOM regulators to "look the other way" while they start dipping into our wallets with a new scam just as OFCOM have closed the door on the old one.
I will be expanding on this issue at some time - but in "wild cards" (Unless ClubWorld sees fit to jump on the bandwagon and perpetrate it themselves - you know what I mean, I brought it to your attention last year, and you did nothing but fob me off, does 0870 ring a bell:rolleyes: If so, 0871 will sound my Klaxon - I am watching a few companies for this one:D)
