I deposited $400 recieved a $400 bonus and have to wager $10000 or so. the catch is you have to cash out more then $800 or lose the bonus. I ran it up to $1300 and then when the dealer was showing an ace I declined insurance and was not given the opportunity to hit just stand or DD. Support credited me the $100 the first time. It happened again and support is unwilling to credit me with another $100. The hand was never completed but now it shows that I lost the hand. I only have $300 in my balance now so it will be tough to get it up to $800. So the extra $100 would help a lot.

Support says they cannot issue me another credit and the software glitch is on my side. I requested that I have the $100 added back to my account and am allowed to cashout my deposit as this will probably keep happening to me. Support declined the request and just said I must meet wagering before cashing out.

Vegas MVP has the absolute worst software of any proprietary site I've played. They have this hideous java app. I couldn't play more than 20 hands at a time without having to close down the app and reopen it because the gameplay would slow down to a pace of one deal every 50 seconds.

Then when I went to cash out they froze my account, and demanded to know why I closed and reopened their app 30 times over the course of my play. What kind of question is that? They then started ignoring my emails for about a week, but they did eventually send me my winnings.

I personally would PAB to the casinomeister. Saying that the software glitch is on your side is nuts.

I played at one of their sister sites and I'm not usually one to cry foul but lets just say the results were statistically improbable.

they are offering to cash out $300. Just no explantion to my last hand which I may have won. Also no explanation for why their software sucks.
