Does anyone have any familiarity with an RTG site..VEGAS LUCKY?

They seem to be somewhat obscure, although we noticed they have a Live Chat feature and a decent homepage.

I couldn't ascertain whether or not they were affiliated with any of the usual RTG "suspects" of ill repute

Also there is no mention made of Vegas Lucky on CM's RTG list...
