Another Casino that really needs to address there system , sent in ID docs, passport, card & proof of address from utility supplier all crystal clear , guess what not accepted rejected stating this is not within the lines of whatever crap their talking about ( gas, electric supplier) , so if you are going to play get ready for some poor service ,alarming thing is they have a UKGC licence & dont seem to adhere to uk requirements ,clear copy's have been produced yet they will not accept them, online id docs are getting stupid now & these casinos really should be vetted far more before getting any licence whatsoever.

What a joke.....goes to show how easily casinos can still give players the runaround, coming up with whatever lies they feel like.

Quite obviously they can read the documents, but rather prefer stalling payments, for a multitude of reasons. Holding onto funds longer benefits them, so why not eh

I don't think the requirements for a UK license are as high as everyone thinks, furthermore I don't expect the UKGC to monitor every single casino that owns one. Hence you'll get chancers like Vegas Heros, although to be fair most people would have never heard of this 'great' casino before anyway:D

yep the point is they have accepted proof of id photo , they have also accepted my card copy's , but refuse to take my supplier which is utility warehouse gas bill , all these are crystal clear copies & all fall under 1mb, hers the problem with casinos just because im not using British gas or some well known brand , i think they need to address this type of crap , i sent in the docs not requested by them to test them out its only taken two working days to get a e mail back from them. pointless & casinos wonder why players close accounts so quickly.

I've noticed this problem is getting worse this past year, I've had so many of these new casinos in the past month ask for all types of i.d and even a picture of me holding the i.d. Seems to be the norm now. Why don't these casinos send me a picture of them holding there passport so i know im safe depositing on there shady sites. Funny how you can deposit in 1 second literally. But when it comes to withdrawing they want nude pics and 5 copies of i.d. and 7 days to process it.

That should be the way forward to repair casino/ player relations. I want comfirmation, basically a picture of them holding their UK license alongside a picture of me holding my passport :p

    It's only fair!

You will probably find those pictures on a wall somewhere whilst the staff throw darts at them to entertain themselves - either that or make a jackass out of the idiots who actually agreed to the mugshot
