This casino kept sending me tons of their promotion emails and finally I wanted to give it try. The nice feature of the casino is that they would send you confirmation email whenever there is a transaction so I think in case there is some issues at least I have some kind of proof. Then here is what happened to me. I quoted their emails to state the facts.
1) On March 4th

I claimed the 150% bonus and played CLEOPATRA'S GOLD unfortunetely lost all quickly.
2) Then

Account Balance: $1,500.05

And I continued CLEOPATRA'S GOLD but lost all. There is not one single bonus spin for all this lost so I got mad then

Man you know what did I do? I lost my control and played two hands at the same time, 2X$225 so $450 per hand. I am done with it and made the withdrawal request.
5)On March 12th I got this email from the casino.

7) What I should do?
I called the customer service and was told they are done with me and just hung up on me. I emailed them but no reply even since. Mysteriouly I still got the promotions as usual. I filed the complaint at montana but it seems they are busy now. Once week passed still no response yet.
I am not even making 1 cent from them and they simply robbed me of $1000?
I will PAD and it might be easy to post the detail here.
