vegas frontier is robbing me $1000

    This casino kept sending me tons of their promotion emails and finally I wanted to give it try. The nice feature of the casino is that they would send you confirmation email whenever there is a transaction so I think in case there is some issues at least I have some kind of proof. Then here is what happened to me. I quoted their emails to state the facts.

    1) On March 4th

    Account Balance: $1,000.05

    I claimed the 150% bonus and played CLEOPATRA'S GOLD unfortunetely lost all quickly.

    2) Then

    Transaction Number: 124186
    IP address recorded:
    Account Balance: $1,500.05

    And I continued CLEOPATRA'S GOLD but lost all. There is not one single bonus spin for all this lost so I got mad then

    Noticed that I zeroed out my account here.
    I played CLEOPATRA'S GOLD again! Before I almost lost all I switched to blackjack

    Man you know what did I do? I lost my control and played two hands at the same time, 2X$225 so $450 per hand. You can say that I was out of my mind but luckily I won 3 consective hands with nice Blackjack and my balance back up to $1900. Then I said that's it. Finally I made even! I am done with it and made the withdrawal request.

    5)On March 12th I got this email from the casino.

    Please verify that your NETeller account has been credited with $ 900

    6) When asking where is the rest of my money I got this

    Dear Yanbing,

    We are sorry to say that you have locked out of your casino account. This is
    due to bonus abuse.

    This is why you had received only $900 we have taken the amount of the last
    bonus.

    Thank you.

    7) What I should do?
    I called the customer service and was told they are done with me and just hung up on me. I emailed them but no reply even since. Mysteriouly I still got the promotions as usual. I filed the complaint at montana but it seems they are busy now. Once week passed still no response yet.

    I am not even making 1 cent from them and they simply robbed me of $1000?

    I will PAD and it might be easy to post the detail here.

    I'm sure this is a Warren Cloud operation (correct me if I'm wrong) - in which case, yours is the second current running issue here.

    If it's just "bonus abuse" he doesn't have a leg to stand on - you can bet he'll try his damndest, though. You'll get paid if you're pig-headed enough. Please keep the matter updated.

    I simply couldn't communicate with the customer service. Just today I was told "I can forward your case to the accounting department to do further investigation but I guarantee you you will not get paid" then I was hung up again.

    What the h*k of customer service is this?

    They send the promotions so that oliver curran name is below the email. So that confirms it a warren cloud operation already. Also the funds go to doloplex group, which i think is a warren cloud owned operation.
    I still don't understand how rtg lets this person purchase almost all of their casinos and run them in this way and still get a way with it. Is he somehow closely connected to the people that run RTG?

    Cloud has got quite some big strings on RTG and seems to know how to keep his game going so far.
    I already feel sorry for the upcoming "winners"... :(

    oliver curran is a thief and robber in casino industry. crystal palace has to pay $150 of my winnings. locked from there casino and no replies from them.
    GUYS SOMETHING REALLY NEED TO BE DONE FOR THIS OLIVER (DAMN) THIEF.

    Okay, mellow out on the emotional outburst. Name calling is a no no. And I thought it was pretty obvious that O. Curran is just a fake name for the head manager. It's like getting riled up at Ronald McDonald because you think their burgers suck :D
