Mary seems to be keeping the most conscientious records of this disgraceful and irrelevant spamming, and that could make an interesting representative example of how much of this crap players are receiving, perhaps for wider publicity purposes or reporting to the authorities.

Today is the fourth day in a row that I have NOT received any email spam from FL or its affiliates. I cannot explain why this is so, but am wonderfully surprised that I seem to be off their lists!

I am happy for Suzecat it has stopped. I hope it's a sign of positive things to come. I highly doubt it. I probably get 10 of these FL spam emails per day. That's on three different accounts.

The reality is that FL doesn't care about this. They don't care about the players, if they did this would stop. They don't care about the honest affiliates who are trying to do right. If they did this would stop. They say they have no control over it. Yeah, we know that's crap.

Just be honest (FL) and say your allowing it to happen and won't do anything about it. That's a lot better than giving crap excuses that we all in the end know is bull.

I'm still being bombarded daily by this spammer, combined with my regular FL email with those "generous" ten percent Neteller deposit bonuses. I will never deposit there again.

Every few days the spammer changes his "from" so my block sender doesn't catch it.

It's not ruining my life, its the point that they have chosen to do nothing about it that pisses me off.

I tried a day or so before you posted this. Used one of my accounts that was getting nailed and figured if I was going to get more it was for the cause. I clicked both the links. One took me to a FL site with a FL logo. The other took me to another site. I unsubscribed from both. I was told I was removed.

I didn't get anything for a few days and thought I was in the clear. Today I was not. It's started back up again.

Inside of 24 hours of doing the "unsubscribe" I started getting new spam with FL tags. I got another new, different place sending me spam. This is on the same account.

IMHO. I wouldn't do the unsubscribe thing. The results have not been good for me.

Mary and I are getting the same thing. Exact same sender and that.

I shouldn't have to unsubscribe or click on anything to be removed. I shouldn't be getting a bunch of these a day to even begin with. I don't know who is behind this but in the end all goes back to FL. They are responsable no matter what excuse they can dish out.

The silence on the part of FL is very disturbing. For a business which allows blanket spamming and cold calling (and the guy was rude to me on that call - thank goodness it stopped) makes me question if they are running a business which is stable in operation and finances. Online casinos who are reputable (i.e. 32RED) don't seem to have to resort to hiring spammers to generate profit.

It has nothing to do with the promotions. It's the fact that Fortune Lounge is spamming and they refuse to deal with the situation.

They are probably using some sort of spam filtering software. If I forwarded all my FL spam to them (over numerous accounts) they would probably block me after the first time I tried ;-)

I know for a fact that if you unsubscribe it doesn't work. I did it almost a week ago on one of my accounts and the stuff just keeps on coming. It confirmed I was unsubscribed and they still keep coming.

FL isn't commenting and in the end they can't. They know it's happening, they know who it is but money talks.

I have followed this thread for some time now. I too have been swamped by spam from Belize City, Belize. Today I received similiar emails, from "Vegas Frontier" at Laval West, Utah.

Of course, this casino spam is but a mere inconvenience for me. They are but a fraction of the overall spam I receive. Most are for fake Rolexes and cheap pharmaceudicals, which I daily painstakingly delete. I do, however, save some of the ones for penis enlargement. And I remain optimistic.

Wow - that's what I would call a fast response to a customer, and I wonder how it is done - pity they are not as hot on unsubscribes!

I hope that you told them why you had uninstalled them - that's the sort of specific and practical action that gets attention from the marketers once enough people feel strongly enough about bad (spamming) conduct to do something about it.

They know because when you uninstall your browser opens and it goes to their page with a survey asking why are you uninstalling etc. Even if you just close it they have your IP address etc. And no its no joke.

I'm in Nice at the moment for the EIG, and I'll be taking this up with the powers that be. This situation is simply astonishing.

They are in the process of being removed from my site for the second time in a couple of months . This whole spam issue is really beginning to P me off and does the entire online casino industry no favours whatsoever.

My one account I unsubscribed from like a week ago is still getting these everyday. I want them to stop but I am not willing to pass on my email address to make it happen. That shouldn't be necessary, I shouldn't be getting it across all my email accounts anyways. I never asked for it.

Now on that one account I am getting spam (about once a day) from Utah, and Yugoslovia. This isn't happening on my other accounts. They are both promoting Fortune Lounge.

I could actually be unsubscribed from this. It's really hard to tell. They use many domain names to send this. I could have unsubscribed from one domain (that's sending) and not another. If I unsubscribe they can just start up a new domain and start all over again. They don't have to play by any rules, they haven't from the start.

If Fortune Lounge was taking this seriously it would stop point blank without all this drama taking place.
