i take thoose 2 For the Judge

im so tired of thoose 2

Dayly same shit :( :(

I suspect it's one of the FL affiliates sending it with another casino's email address to avoid being caught by FL. Vegas Frontier uses RTG software, and all of FL's casinos use MG. I'm just glad to know I'm not the only one getting this crap.

According to this phrase we did not send these mails to you.

I would appreciate it if you could send me the original mail you received then I can investigate where it originated from. With some luck I may be able to stop these from getting to you.

Casino Prophet is a BIG FAT SPAMMER

Got that kids?

I know a lot of players will recognize his spam. It typically comes in multiple copies. Unsubscribe does nothing. Emailing it to "spam@fortuneaffiliates.com" does nothing. He posts a lot at affiliate fora.

You are aware that there is a relationship between S. Berkowitz and the Crystal Palace casinos, right? It's made pretty obvious here as well.

And doesn't this have something to do with FL getting shut down by Spamhaus a few weeks ago? My memory is a bit cloudy on this.

I made a complaint to Fortune Affiliates.

What they did - ask the spammer to unsubscribe me, as they have done in the past - and I guarantee you I will reappear on his lists within a month.

VP - time to request that this guy be shut down - I really don't care if he is your biggest affiliate, his tactics are unethical and, as you have already seen, have caused a mighty big problem for you in the past.

Yes, this is exactly the sort of spam I have been getting. I have forwarded several to Complaints@ FortuneAffiliates.com, but nothing happened despite their claims that "Fortune Affiliates complies with the CAN_SPAM Act 2003 and will not tolerate SPAM from Affiliates. Any Affiliate found to be guilty of spamming will be dealt with appropriately." As a side note, the European Union has stricter rules on data protection, which includes handling of e-mail addresses, but there is no mention of this anywhere on the site.

Thank you for posting the information that enabled me to investigate this issue properly.

Casinoprophet is not an affiliate but has a publisher relationship with Slickstreet Marketing who are now working hard on incorporating their unsubscribe process into his mail system.Although this process has experienced some hickups and manual intervention, it will be resolved and the unsubscribe process should soon be effective.

We apologise for any inconvenience and wish to assure you that we follow very strict anti-spam policies.

In the meantime, if anyone receives unwanted mail from this publisher, please forward me your details and I will assist in getting you removed from the publisher's mailing list.

The unsubscribe process has never been effective in trying to get off this spammers email list. I don't believe for a minute that there has been some hiccups in the process.

also he cant decide on whether his surname is richards or Berkowitz, or what country he lives in, never a good sign.

looks like fortune lounge is on self destruct mode if they are allowing this relationship to continue

"fortunelounge", thanks for the speedy reply, but I'm afraid your employer is demonstrating a real lack of ethics here.

*People have been reporting this spammer to the "abuse" address for weeks without any response, so Fortune Lounge clearly has known about this problem all this time.

*It's obvious that this spammer buys bad lists; sends multiple emails to the same addresses; and does not care whether or not the "unsubscribe" function is implemented.

*It's not the public's responsibility to have to respond to "unsubscribes".

*It has long been Fortune Lounge's explicitly stated policy that they will not tolerate spam. That has been shown to be a total lie.

Clearly, this Casino Prophet the Spammer makes so much money for Fortune Lounge that they're willing to keep him on as a marketer and risk having their sites made inaccessible by spam blocking backlash. I'm very disappointed in this response.

I just got another one from "jenny@123skidoo.com"

This has been going on for months; here's one from the beginneing of August:

VP -

You may have a publisher relationship with CasinoProphet, but he is most definitely:

1. An affiliate, if not necessarily so in your case
2. A spammer.

Your response, unfortunately, is not acceptable - everyone in this industry knows who CasinoProphet is and I am absolutely amazed that you would even enter into a relationship with him.

Please let us know when you have dealt with this. I am very sure eCOGRA would like to see this relationship terminated immediately without having to hear the flimsy excuses that he gives you to use.

I repeat again - I have years of back emails that can prove this fact. Why none of you claim to know Casinoprohet completely baffles me. Or is that just one of the excuses from Slickstreet which hides the fact that they KNOW he is the industry's biggest spammer?

People should not have to unsubscribe in the first place. Furthermore, unsubscribe requests are often used by spammers to confirm that an e-mail address is live, so even if it is taken off one list, it is sold on as a confirmed address to another spammer.

You might regret this offer, if only a few people forward their spam to you, your inbox will be flooded.
