Alright. This is the first time in my gaming career I encounters this type of problem.
I made a withdrawal last Monday of almost 500GBP.

Term says:
"VegasBerry casino finance department may take up to two (2) business days in order to process the withdrawal, after all the requested account verification documents are received and confirmed."
I didnt get the money today, so I started to chat with the support guy. We have a long chat why its not accepted yet. Finally he get in touch with the financial department and I recieve this message:
"at the moment our financial department is having sowftare issues"
Then they type:
"please I have been informed about your situation by financial department, that you will get your amount tomorrow"
Then he types and suddenly change the pay out day....
"I have checked your account, they confirmed that your payement will beissued on monday"
I'm asking why on earth I have to wait until next monday all of a sudden, and he answer me with this:
"I can not tell it to you because I do not know and I am not able to even know. It is financial issue which only financial department knows"
I am so angry at the moment. I didnt break ANY bonus rule at all, I didnt break a single rule. My account is also verified.
They cant even tell me why I have to wait another 4 days...
Please help me!
