Vegas Berry - They refuse to accept my payment

    Alright. This is the first time in my gaming career I encounters this type of problem.

    I made a withdrawal last Monday of almost 500GBP.
    2015-08-11 (00:00:15) Moneybookers pontu****lsson@gmail.com 497,88 GBP Waiting

    Term says:
    "VegasBerry casino finance department may take up to two (2) business days in order to process the withdrawal, after all the requested account verification documents are received and confirmed."

    I didnt get the money today, so I started to chat with the support guy. We have a long chat why its not accepted yet. Finally he get in touch with the financial department and I recieve this message:
    "at the moment our financial department is having sowftare issues"

    Then they type:
    "please I have been informed about your situation by financial department, that you will get your amount tomorrow"

    Then he types and suddenly change the pay out day....
    "I have checked your account, they confirmed that your payement will beissued on monday"

    I'm asking why on earth I have to wait until next monday all of a sudden, and he answer me with this:
    "I can not tell it to you because I do not know and I am not able to even know. It is financial issue which only financial department knows"

    I am so angry at the moment. I didnt break ANY bonus rule at all, I didnt break a single rule. My account is also verified.

    They cant even tell me why I have to wait another 4 days...

    Please help me! :confused:

    Don't play here!

    I ask you all to never play on VegasBerry. This is the worst gaming company I have ever played on. They have extremely slow withdrawal times, the staff do nothing to help, they just refer to other department, and dodge difficult questions. Players must be able to know the truth about them. I hope that no one will play at this casino, they do not deserve it. They are a greedy scam.

    However, VegasBerry have a great looking website. The games were fast and problem-free. Imagine if they had a better support and withdrawal times, I had then been completely satisfied!

    They may be some more, I cannot understand why software providers give them the games? I have also mentioned many of times this lot should be in the pit by now, All they ever do is stall payments or make no payments, You may get payment but do not hold your breath,

    You're totally right, Spintee. I used to play a bit on Adrenaline, and they always paid me very fast. Maybe I just had some luck.
