Vegas Baby withdrawal

Hi everyone. I’m having difficulty withdrawing my winnings from vegasbaby.com. They’re under the one click LTD banner. I have gone as far as to call the UK gambling commission. They are registered which sounds promising. I have given all documents required.

Front and back of bank card. Proof of address. 3 months bank statements showing transactions from myself to the site. They even went as far as to ask for my tax returns as I’m self employed. I’m aware that some sites have to do vigorous checks to prove that my income is legit. But after 3 weeks of chasing I keep being told that my withdrawal is being reviewed. Very frustrating when the amount owed to me is £25,000.

Has anyone had any bad experiences with this company? As I’m growing increasing worried about this. I just need some reassurance at the moment. As you can imagine it’s very stressful.

Cheers.

Been a while since i played at One Click - when i did they processed reasonably fast but think there's been a few folk on here have complained their withdrawal times have been excessive...think @irish-ranger got fed up recently with their times.

Few folk on here have had to wait quite a while for their SOW's to be reviewed: seemingly a sign of the times. 3 weeks is an awful long time to review bank statements - my mortgage company did it it 2 days.

Presumably they requested the bank statements etc after the withdrawal request?

Yes they asked for everything. Other sites have paid out within days sometimes hours. Just a bit worried as it’s a large amount of money. Think it will be okay??

I guess T&C is enough to say this place is trash. I personally hate places where to find such terms like this. Pure mine and only reason to keep this kind of terms is steal players money. Tells everything about company

"The maximum withdrawal amount for ALL promotional offers and bonuses, unless otherwise stated is €2000, subject to completing wagering requirements. Bonus balances in excess of €2000 will be removed upon completion of wagering requirements."

They haven't got the worst reviews I have ever seen, although lately there do seem to be a few about slow withdrawals, but hard to find any comments about them refusing to pay out.

They are also fully licensed with Malta and the UKGC, so I wouldn't get too stressed just yet (although i wouldn't be saying that if it was my £25,000)

Was this resolved? Am having similar problems with Vegas Baby
just wait out and if u ain’t in the U.K. don’t be reversing it the shits hadn’t even processed mine in 8 days that was after 3 time outs.
Ever since this carry on I’m very very reluctant to deposit in non U.K. casinos mainly sticking to the big 4 here.

What happened to these guys? When i first played there they were fine, smooth site, quick cashouts etc. They're almost like a shell company now, with one man feeding the hamster running it - the only emails you get from them are the password reset ones.

Someone's got out of bed one day and just thought 'auch, i can't be arsed paying anyone this week'

Their blueprint slots were simply magic. No lag and insane ridiculous results. 75$ to 20k playing megaways.. just try

Seemingly on an Island in the Med, reminiscent of Sicily in it's Mafia prime, though they appear so elusive it could possibly be Orkney :p
Ahh that isle. Fine place it is also, infact the isle of honesty I’ve heard muttered in these here parts from time to time.

hope bonanza is treating you well, I’m on a hiatus, the return of my slotting seems unlikely.

best of luck of course, goes without saying mate.
